For those looking for a touch of luxury, Camper Village offers three distinct camping packages. The Hyundai Glamping Camps, limited to just 10 spots, provide a luxurious camping experience powered by Hyundai IONIQ 5 and IONIQ 6. These camps feature standard 3-pin plugs, ensuring a seamless camping experience without compromising on comfort. The vehicles also boast the innovative Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) feature, capable of delivering up to 3.6 kW to external devices through a standard three-prong wall outlet. Additionally, Hyundai's Electric-Global Modular Platform (E-GMP) ensures superior stability when towing trailers and caravans, providing peace of mind for those looking to explore the great outdoors with their vehicles.

Camper Village is set to offer a plethora of activities catering to all interests. In the mornings, guests can kick-start their day with invigorating group exercises, lively Zumba sessions, and engaging outdoor sports. As the day unfolds, the village transforms into a hub of excitement with indoor adventures such as wall climbing, abseiling, flying fox, and archery tag. For those seeking a more relaxed experience, there will also be a charming petting zoo, kids' coloring contests, and an intriguing treasure hunt.

Rules and Guidelines

1. Check-In
(a) Check-in time: 31st May 2024 (8am-2pm). Campers must check-in at the Escabee Camp within the Camper Village.
(b) Bare Space campers will be given an indemnity form to sign upon check-in.
(c) Standard and Glamping campers will be given an indemnity form along with a camping equipment checklist to sign upon check-in.
(d) All campers will be provided with a camper tag. Campsite marshals will only allow campers with a camper tag to enter the Camper Village.

2. Check-Out:
(a) Check-out time: 2nd June 2024 (12pm-5pm). Campers must check out at the Escabee check-in point near the Camper Village.
(b) Bare Space campers will need an Escabee marshal to sign on a check-out form upon check-out to ensure the campsite is cleared.
(c) Standard and Glamping campers will need an Escabee marshal to sign on a check-out form and camping gear checklist upon check-out to ensure the campsite is cleared and rental items are returned accordingly.
(d) Returned tents will be sealed, and campers will not be allowed to re-enter from then onwards.

3. Personal Hygiene: Public toilet and shower facilities will be provided at or near the Camper Village. However, we recommend campers use the toilets in the expo hall or shopping mall during the daytime.

4. Water Conservation: Conserve water whenever possible. Use only the amount of water you need and report any leaks or issues to campsite staff.

5. Noise: Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Keep noise levels to a minimum to ensure a peaceful environment for all campers.

6. Trash: Dispose of all trash in designated bins located near Camper Village. Do not leave any trash or litter at your campsite.

7.  Pets: Pets are NOT allowed at Camper Village.

8. Smoking and Vaping: Smoking and vaping are prohibited within the Camper Village premises.

9. Alcohol and Drugs: Consumption of alcohol and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited within Camper Village premises.

10. Campsite Boundaries: Respect the boundaries of your campsite and avoid encroaching on neighboring sites.

11. Camper Night Market:
(a) The Camper Night Market will be operating from 6pm-10pm on 31st May and 1st June. It is open for all campers only.
(b) Participating camps for the Camper Night Market will be identified on-site.
(c)Any purchases made within the Camper Night Market are only between you and the seller. Star Media Group will not be responsible for any loss or damage of the products purchased at the Camper Night Market.

12. Safety: Be aware of your surroundings and follow all safety guidelines. In case of emergency, contact campsite staff immediately.

13. Medic: The medic team will be ready near the Camper Village. Please contact campsite staff immediately should you require any assistance.

14. Star Media Group Berhad reserves the right to change the rules & regulations without prior notice.

2. Responsible Behavior: Behave responsibly and considerately towards other campers, staff, and the local community.

3.Minimize Impact: Minimize the impact on the environment by using biodegradable products, recycling where possible, and conserving resources.

4. Fire Safety: Follow all fire safety guidelines. Do not leave fires unattended and ensure they are fully extinguished before leaving.

5. Cultural Sensitivity: Respect the local culture and traditions. Avoid behavior that may be offensive to others.

6. Emergency Preparedness: Be prepared for emergencies. Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and the location of emergency facilities.

7. Personal Conduct: Conduct yourself in a manner that reflects positively on the campsite and its visitors. Any behavior that is disruptive, offensive, or illegal will not be tolerated.

8. Compliance: Comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the campsite management. Failure to do so may result in eviction from the campsite.
