The following are Escabee Platform Terms of Use (“Terms”). Your use of the Escabee Platform signifies your consent to these Terms, including the policies referenced within.

These Terms and the associated documents, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy, Booking Policies, and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), establish a legally binding agreement between you and Escabee. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, we kindly request that you cease using the Platform immediately.

These Terms hold significant importance because they outline the rules, terms, and conditions governing your use of and bookings on the Escabee Platform as well as the methods for resolving any disputes that may arise from your utilisation of the Escabee Platform.

When we refer to "Escabee," "we," "our," or "us" in these Terms, we mean Escabee.

Escabee operates a platform that allows you to explore, book, and pay for various products and services which are supplied, offered, and/or operated by third parties ("Accommodation Operators"), which may include, without limitation:

Camping Lots and places to stay temporarily including but not limited to campsites, chalets, cabins, glamping options. (“Accommodations”)
Activities and other experiences related to the above (“Activities”)
Rental of camping equipment and gear such as but not limited to tents, inflatable beds, cookery wares etc (“Camping Gear”)
Sale of camping consumables such as insect repellent, hand sanitisers, toiletry kits, sunscreens etc (“Camping Consumables”)
Sale of food and beverage (“F&B”)

And

Any combination of the above

(each an “Accommodation Product”), can be accessed through our user-friendly portal. These Accommodation Products offered individually and/or collectively, are recognised as our "Services." You can gain access to our Services by visiting our website (referred to as the "Website"). We are in the midst of developing our mobile application (referred to as the “App”) and when it is launched, will be regarded automatically as part of this Terms of use. These two components together form our "Platform."

In addition to working with Accommodation Operators, we may also work with other product or service providers (“Vendors”) which are related but not necessarily linked to the Accommodation Operators which may offer products and services which are relevant. These vendors are third parties and we are only providing our platform for them to sell their products and services only.

Whenever we mention "you," "your," or "User," we are referring to anyone who accesses or uses our Platform and Services.

If you have any questions, comments, concerns, or claims related to our Platform or these Terms, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Service which is accessible by WhatsApp.

Section 1: Platform Terms

Your Use of the Platform

Our Platform belongs to Escabee, along with our licensors. We provide you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, revocable license to access our Platform for your personal, non-commercial use of our Services in line with these Terms. Besides this restricted license, no additional rights or licenses regarding our Platform are granted. Any rights or licenses not explicitly granted here are reserved. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant to us that your access and usage are solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

When using the Platform, you must adhere to the following guidelines:

You will not resell any products or services obtained through our Platform for commercial purposes unless explicitly authorised in writing by Escabee.
False, fraudulent, or speculative bookings on our Platform are prohibited.
It is not allowed to represent or attempt to represent our Platform as the product of any entity other than Escabee. This includes altering or removing any notices of authorship, trademarks, business names, logos, or other origin designations.
Manual or automated software or processes for monitoring, copying, extracting, exporting, or scraping any content displayed on our Platform are not allowed. This includes text, graphics, photographs, images, illustrations, audio, video, data, ratings, reviews, and other information (“Content”). Such software or processes involve data mining, scraping, spidering, indexing, storing, or hosting the content outside our Platform.
You should not disassemble, reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any software or application on our Platform, or attempt to access the source code of our Platform.
Interfering with or disrupting our Platform, as well as servers or networks connected to it, is prohibited.
Violating network security, including the cracking of passwords or encryption codes, the transfer or storage of illegal materials, or accessing the password, account, or private information of other Platform users, is not allowed.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access, by any means, to any systems within Escabee is prohibited.
Incorporating any part of the Platform into another website or deep-linking to any section of the Platform for any purpose without prior written permission from us is not allowed.
Posting or transmitting material that is libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, offensive, fraudulent, misleading, harassing, or profane is prohibited. This also includes malicious content like malware, Trojan horses, viruses, or anything that interferes with other users' access to our Platform. Additionally, unsolicited mass mailings or spam, such as junk mail or chain letters, are not allowed.
Manipulating identifiers to disguise the origin of any content you deliver, including forging headers, is not permitted.
Any actions that could cause damage to the Platform, Escabee, or Escabee’s Partners, or have a negative impact on them, are prohibited.
Infringing upon any applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation, as well as the rights of us or any third party, including intellectual property or proprietary rights, is not allowed.

Platform Content and Availability

We cannot guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, or completeness of any content on our Platform, including content provided by other Users, Vendors, and/or our Accommodation Operators. The prices displayed for our Accommodation Products are dynamic and may change during or after your search. Once you've made a Confirmed Booking, subsequent changes in displayed prices will not affect the price of your booking. Information about Accommodation Products on our Platform, such as ratings, rankings, and reviews, is supplied to us by the respective Accommodation Operators of these Accommodation Products, as well as their representatives, including distributors, channel managers, and partners. We also cannot guarantee that the Content available on our Platform has not been altered due to technical defects or unauthorized third-party interference.

Any Content you access through our Platform is at your own risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage or loss incurred by any party as a result. Escabee will, under no circumstances, be liable for any loss or damage of any kind associated with the use of or exposure to Content on our Platform. This includes errors, omissions, additions, removals, or modifications that we make on our Platform. We do not guarantee that our Platform will always be available or uninterrupted. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the unavailability or interruption of our Platform or Services.

Our Platform should not be considered a recommendation or endorsement of any Accommodation Product, Vendor, and/or Accommodation Operators listed on our Platform. We explicitly disclaim any representation, warranty, or undertaking regarding the quality, status, features, or suitability of any Accommodation Product, Vendor, and/or Accommodation Operators listed on our Platform. Periodically, we may offer certain programs in which Accommodation Operators and/or vendors can enhance their Accommodation Product's and/or Vendors visibility on our Platform, including through sponsored listings. Such Accommodation Product and/or Vendors listings will be clearly marked or contain specific wording for clarity.

Third Party Links

Hyperlinks to websites operated by third parties on this Platform are provided solely for your reference. Escabee bears no responsibility for the services provided by these websites or their content. We have no control over the content, access, or privacy policies of these third-party websites. If you choose to click on a third-party hyperlink or advertisement, please be aware that you will be leaving our Platform, and any information you provide will be subject to the privacy and cookie policies as well as the terms of use of the respective third party. We strongly advise you to review these policies beforehand. Escabee will not be held accountable for any consequences of accessing these websites, including exposure to hardware and software viruses, spyware, and malware. We do not endorse or recommend these websites or any of their content.

Any third party wishing to establish links to our Platform should notify Escabee of their intention before doing so. Escabee reserves the right to deny permission for such links to our Platform. If permission is granted by Escabee for these links, there is no obligation on Escabee's part to establish reciprocal links with the third party.

Section 2: General Booking, Payment Terms and Promotions

Bookings

When you make a booking for any Accommodation Product through our platform, you are directly engaging with the Accommodation Operators named on the booking page. Our platform solely acts as a facilitator for these bookings. We do not possess, own, or control any of the Accommodation Products accessible through our platform, and we are not obliged to provide or operate these Accommodation Products. These Accommodation Products are owned, controlled, or made available by the Accommodation Operators, either directly or acting as agents. The Accommodation Operators are responsible for their respective Accommodation Products. Any interactions you have with Accommodation Operators through our platform are at your own risk. Escabee does not assume any responsibility in the event of issues during your travel or your utilization of the Accommodation Product.

To book an Accommodation Product through our platform, you will be required to use a Payment Instrument, such as bank transfer, credit card, debit card, digital wallet, or other payment methods we may accept.

When you submit a booking through our platform, you are essentially making an offer to reserve the specified Accommodation Product(s) in accordance with these Terms, forming a Booking Request. The Accommodation Product is provided to you by the Accommodation Operators, and the terms and conditions applicable to that Accommodation Product form a distinct binding contract between you and the Accommodation Operators. This contract is established when the Accommodation Operators accepts your request, communicates it to Escabee, and subsequently conveys it to you through a confirmation email from Escabee, referred to as a "Confirmed Booking."

In certain cases, we may provide you with a confirmation number in the confirmation email for redemption. Neither we nor the Accommodation Operators will assume responsibility for Booking Confirmation Numbers that are lost, stolen, or destroyed.

The relevant Accommodation Operators may impose additional terms and conditions, rules, and restrictions, referred to as "Accommodation Operators Terms," which are applicable to your Confirmed Booking, including alterations, cancellations, and refunds. You will be informed of the name of each Accommodation Operators and, in some cases, the relevant Accommodation Operators Terms or a link to these terms during the booking process. Given that Accommodation Operators Terms may vary for each Accommodation Product, it is essential to ensure that you fully comprehend and accept all applicable Accommodation Operators Terms before finalizing your booking. If you are booking on behalf of others, it is your responsibility to ensure that they are aware of and agree to the applicable Accommodation Operators Terms. Failure to comply with these terms may empower the Accommodation Operators to decline or annul your booking without offering refunds. For inquiries about the Accommodation Operators's products and services or their Accommodation Operators Terms, please make direct contact with the Accommodation Operators.

Unless prohibited by local law, Escabee retains the authority to reject any Booking Request and cancel a Confirmed Booking, whether on behalf of the Accommodation Operators or for any part of it, without being obliged to provide a reason. If you have already made a payment, we will refund the amounts paid for the parts of the booking that are rejected or cancelled in line with our Refund Policy, except in cases where:

You have violated these Terms or any applicable law.
The Accommodation Operators Terms do not permit refunds.
Escabee, at its sole discretion, determines that you are not entitled to a refund, possibly due to reasons like suspected fraud or abuse.

Pricing, Additional Charges and Taxes

Our platform allows you to make bookings with Accommodation Operators from around the world. However, all charges, fees and payments are made in the currency where the Accommodation Operators are based in. In this current stage, all our Accommodation Operators are in Malaysia hence the charges are made in Malaysian Ringgit. We are not responsible for the conversion and any additional charges that may arise from the use of the payment method of choice such as from international credit cards etc.

Charges for Taxes and Fees

When exploring Accommodation Products on our Platform, the Display Price typically does not include taxes and service fees unless explicitly specified.

When processing your booking, the charge to your Payment Instrument may encompass an amount for charges, taxes, and fees (“Taxes and Fees”), unless stated otherwise. These fees can include bank and credit card charges and fees known to us. The Taxes and Fees vary based on several factors, including the amount Escabee pays to the Accommodation Operators, the location, and the type of the Accommodation Operators and/or Accommodation Product. It may also include a fee retained by Escabee.

In the context of Accommodations, these Taxes and Fees might encompass a fee for the facilitation services provided by Escabee for your Booking, known as the “Escabee Booking Fee.” Unless prohibited by law, the Escabee Booking Fee is non-refundable.

Concerning Accommodations, these Taxes and Fees include an estimated amount to cover the expenses incurred by Escabee on your behalf to the relevant Accommodation Operators for taxes owed by the respective Accommodation Operators, or Escabee as the case may be. These taxes may comprise sales and use tax, occupancy tax, room tax, sales tax, service tax, excise tax, value-added tax, goods and services tax, consumption tax, and other similar taxes.

For bookings related to Accommodation Products in specific jurisdictions, the Taxes and Fees may also encompass government-imposed service fees or other fees that need to be collected by the relevant Accommodation Operators, or Escabee as the case may be, even if they are not directly paid to the taxing authorities by law.

In some jurisdictions, the Taxes and Fees paid to the Accommodation Operators on your behalf regarding your reservation may differ from the estimated amount Escabee includes in the charge to you. Any remaining portion of the estimated Taxes and Fees, if applicable, may be retained by Escabee. This retention serves as compensation for services related to any Accommodation, depending on the jurisdiction.

You are responsible for all taxes, charges, fees, duties, and assessments associated with your use of this Platform. While we aim to present the total price of each booking on the Platform, there is a possibility that a government-imposed tax may be added or increased after your purchase. By accepting these Terms, you agree to pay the new or increased government-imposed tax unless prohibited by law.

Unless stipulated otherwise in these Terms, Escabee is not the entity responsible for collecting and remitting taxes to the relevant tax authorities, except when required by law or when Escabee must collect and remit taxes on behalf of the Accommodation Operators. The Accommodation Operators, as vendors, include all known applicable taxes in the total price displayed for your booking, and Escabee forwards these amounts on your behalf directly to the vendors or the relevant tax authority, as required by law. Escabee does not act as a co-vendor with the entities through which we book or reserve travel arrangements for our customers. The taxability, the appropriate tax rate, and the type of applicable taxes may differ based on various factors such as location and service type.

Payment

Before submitting your Booking Request, you will be provided with information regarding the accepted payment methods for that request.

Upon submitting your Booking Request, you authorise Escabee to charge or debit your Payment Instrument for the entire booking amount.

We retain the right to cancel your booking, including on behalf of the Accommodation Operators, if the full payment for your booking is not promptly received. This applies to situations where your Payment Instrument cannot be charged on the intended Charge Date for any reason.

The Accommodation Operators providing the Accommodation Product may offer tax invoices for local taxes. When required by law, Escabee may issue a tax invoice to you.

Payment on our Platform might fail for various reasons. In such cases, Escabee will make every reasonable effort to provide you with alternatives (if available) to ensure your booking can proceed, or offer a refund in line with our Refund Policy. If you have any inquiries, please contact Customer Service.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Any cancellations, changes, refunds, or no-shows for your Confirmed Booking are subject to the relevant booking conditions and Accommodation Operators Terms, including potential additional fees imposed by the Accommodation Operators. We strongly recommend reviewing the respective Accommodation Operators Terms and the booking conditions for your chosen reservation diligently before making your booking. Please note that certain reservations may be non-refundable, non-cancellable, or non-changeable.

Without prejudice, Escabee reserves the right to impose a cancellation and/or modification fee on behalf of the Accommodation Operators, up to the full reservation cost, for any cancellations or modifications made by you to a Confirmed Booking.

Promotions

Escabee may introduce promotional rates, vouchers, discounts, promo codes, and special offers ("Promotions") periodically. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Promotions may not be combined with other Promotions. Additional rules and specific conditions governing Promotions will be posted on our Platform, as updated by Escabee from time to time. Promotions are not redeemable, exchangeable, or refundable for cash, credit, or other products. Certain Promotions may be limited to specific territories, campsites, or residents of designated territories and may exclude particular types of Accommodation Products, subject to supplementary terms and conditions.

When you possess a promo code or voucher, you must manually apply it at the payment page to incorporate it into your booking. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Promotions may not necessarily cover local taxes, service fees, and additional charges associated with your booking.

Escabee retains the right to terminate the use of any Promotion at its discretion. In the event of any dispute concerning Promotions, Escabee's decision shall be considered final.

Your Obligations, Representations, and Warranties

When you submit a Booking Request, you declare and warrant to Escabee that:

You are at least 18 years old (or have reached the age of maturity in your country or territory, if different) and possess the legal capacity to complete the transaction (or have obtained authorization from your legal guardian).
The Payment Instrument you employ for the booking belongs to you or you have the authority to use it for the booking, and there are ample funds available to cover the transaction.
The payment details you provide for the booking are entirely accurate.
You will not engage in the resale of any Accommodation Products booked through our Platform.
You are not subject to any international sanctions program or restrictions.
If applicable, you will fulfil all your obligations, tax, withholding, or other requirements as mandated by applicable law.
You also commit to providing precise and valid email, postal, and/or other contact details to Escabee. You acknowledge that Escabee may use these details to contact you, if necessary, in connection with your booking or other Platform usage.

Section 3: General Terms

Data Protection and Privacy

Please review our existing Privacy Policy for comprehensive information regarding how we manage your personal data. This Privacy Policy is an integral component of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, and as necessitated by applicable law, you also authorise and acknowledge our collection, utilization, and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Use of Algorithms and Machine Learning

We may employ tools to provide and enhance our services that leverage algorithms and machine learning. These tools may include predictive algorithms and generative AI algorithms for content creation. They may interact with you, for instance, through the use of chatbots or similar technologies. We meticulously consider how and where to deploy these tools in adherence to applicable laws. Furthermore, we abide by our Privacy Policy and consider the level of human intervention or oversight, provide additional disclosures to explain the deployment, and address other pertinent considerations in deploying these tools.

Intellectual Property

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all privileges pertaining to our Platform (comprising intellectual property, technology, trademarks, the organization and compilation of content, and the fundamental structure that supports this content, etc.) are either owned by Escabee or licensed to us. It is imperative that you adhere to all copyright notices, trademark regulations, information, and constraints present in any accessible content on our Platform. Your rights are constrained to the consent to use our Platform and/or Services as described in these Terms. You will not acquire any form of ownership, title, or interest in the intellectual property rights. Escabee’s trademarks and service marks cannot be replicated, extracted, simulated, or used, either wholly or partially, without obtaining written permission beforehand. No section in these Terms should be construed as granting any license or right to utilize Agoda's trademarks and service marks.

The names and logos of other companies, products, and services visible on our Platform may potentially be trademarks or service marks of their respective owners. These owners may or may not be officially endorsed, affiliated with, or linked to Escabee.

Indemnity

To the fullest extent sanctioned by relevant law, you consent to indemnify, protect, and shield Escabee along with its subsidiaries and affiliates, in addition to their vendors, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, distributors, suppliers, licensors, and all other entities involved in the creation, sponsorship, promotion, or provision of the Platform and its content, payment service providers, and other pertinent third parties ("Covered Parties"), against any liability, damage, or loss, including legal fees and costs. This indemnification extends to matters arising from or related to your use of the Escabee platform:

Violation of any applicable law or non-compliance with these Terms;
Access to our Platform;
Use of any of our Services;
Booking or utilization of any products and/or services obtained through our Platform;
Negligence or intentional misconduct; and
Infringement or misappropriation of the rights of third parties, including but not limited to intellectual property rights or rights related to publicity or privacy ("Third-Party Claims").

If deemed necessary and within our sole discretion, we may engage in the defence of any claim or participate in negotiations for settlement arising from or connected to any Third-Party Claim. You shall not reach any settlement that may adversely affect the rights or obligations of Escabee without our prior written consent. We retain the right, at our own expense and after notifying you, to take exclusive control of any claim or action.

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Escabee does not maintain any unique relationship or fiduciary duty to you for accessing and using our Platform, Content, and Services. We have no control over, and no obligation to take any action related to:

The identity of users accessing our Platform;
The content you access via our Platform;
The potential effects our content may have on you;
How you may interpret or use our content; and
The actions you might take as a result of exposure to the content.

We do not bear responsibility for charges imposed by your network provider, which may bill you for utilizing their connection services to access and use our Platform. Furthermore, we disclaim any responsibility for the availability and quality of your telecommunications reception when accessing or using our Platform or Services.

Our Platform, along with all Services and Content contained therein, is made accessible on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties (explicit, implicit, or otherwise), including, but not limited to, warranties of suitability, merchantability, safety, non-infringement, suitability for a particular purpose, and the absence of interruptions, errors, or other inaccuracies in our Platform. This disclaimer applies regardless of whether these issues arise from a course of dealing, usage, trade practice, performance, or through the use of services based on generative AI algorithms or similar technology.

We do not make any guarantees or representations regarding:
The acceptance of any request;
The availability of any Accommodation Product through the Platform;
The results that may be achieved by using the Platform

Escabee disclaims all liability arising from:

Errors or inaccuracies on our Platform, including, but not limited to, errors in descriptions, pricing, booking availability, images, features, inclusions and exclusions, reviews and ratings. We retain the right to correct any errors in booking availability and pricing on our Platform at all times;
The legality, decency, or appropriateness of any material within our Platform or accessible through it, including material located on other websites to which we may direct you;
Any advertising material submitted by third parties and displayed on our Platform, including, but not limited to, any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in such material;
Any information displayed and any suggestions or recommendations made regarding the Services or Content on our Platform, for any purpose;
Any interruptions to our Platform and the services offered through it; and
Any viruses or other harmful components contained in email communications sent by us.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, no Covered Party shall be liable for any direct, special, indirect, incidental, exemplary, compensatory, punitive, or consequential loss or damage of any kind, including, but not limited to:

Loss of actual or anticipated income (whether direct or indirect);
Loss of actual or anticipated profits (whether direct or indirect); or
Loss of contracts or business (whether direct or indirect), regardless of how these losses occur under or in connection with these Terms, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such damages. This provision applies irrespective of whether the damages are based on contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, including under the indemnity obligations specified in these Terms.

You understand and agree that Escabee does not directly or indirectly operate or control any Accommodation Product provided by any Accommodation Operators or other third party. We have no responsibility or control over any arrangements you establish with them as a result of using our Platform or Services. You also understand and agree that if a dispute arises between you and any Accommodation Operators or other third party, Escabee is not obligated to become involved. We disclaim all liability arising from any loss or damage incurred in dealings with any Accommodation Operators or other third party. In the event of non-performance of any Confirmed Booking, including cases such as bankruptcy, rehabilitation, reorganization, insolvency, dissolution, or liquidation of a Partner and/or Accommodation Operators, your sole recourse will be against the Partner and/or Accommodation Operators and not against us.

In the event that we are held liable for any loss or damage connected to your use of our Platform or Services, or your booking or use of products or services made available through our Platform, the aggregate liability of the Escabee Group will not exceed the lower of:

the aggregate cost of your purchased Accommodation Product as indicated in the confirmation email (whether for one event or a series of connected events), and
Malaysian Ringgit MYR 500 (or the equivalent in local currency).

In the case of an overcharge or incorrect charge caused by Escabee, you may submit a claim regarding all erroneous charges, irrespective of the provisions above. Claims should be filed as soon as possible after the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted with undue delay may be considered void pursuant to the applicable statute of limitations.

You agree that the limitations of liability outlined above reflect the allocation of risk between you and Escabee, and that, in the event that any remedies described in these Terms violate applicable law, these limitations of liability will remain in effect.

Events Beyond Our Control

We will not be held accountable for any violations of these Terms arising from events or circumstances beyond our control, which may encompass natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, fires, nuclear incidents, electromagnetic pulses, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, war, arson, insurrection, rebellion, armed conflicts of any nature, labour disputes, strikes, shortages, government actions or restrictions, theft, insolvency, machinery malfunctions, interruptions or failures in networks or systems, disruptions in internet or communications services, quarantine, epidemics, or pandemics.

Miscellaneous

Escabee retains the right, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law, to temporarily or permanently modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform and any of its components. In the event of our Platform's termination, your Confirmed Bookings will still be honoured by the Accommodation Operators, subject to their terms and conditions, unless you receive a notification stating otherwise. You will continue to be bound by your responsibilities under these Terms, including the commitments you have made, and by the disclaimers and limitations of liability. Additionally, Escabee shall not be liable for any cessation of your access to the Platform.

Escabee does not operate as travel agent concerning the Services and any Accommodation Product, unless explicitly indicated otherwise on our Platform.

These Terms, along with other documents explicitly referred to within these Terms, which may undergo modifications over time, constitute the comprehensive agreement and comprehension between Escabee and yourself regarding the subject matter of these Terms. These replace any prior agreements or understandings between Escabee and you pertaining to this subject matter.

We have the prerogative to amend these Terms at any juncture. These alterations will take effect upon posting on the Platform. You have the responsibility to routinely review these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform following such amendments, regardless of whether you reviewed them, indicates your consent to be bound by these changes. Each of your bookings will be regulated by the applicable Terms in effect at the time of the booking.

For your convenience, our Platform and these Terms are accessible in various languages and localised versions. However, the original language of these Terms is English. In cases of discrepancy between the English language version and a translated version, the English language version of these Terms prevails.

In instances where any part or section of these Terms is adjudged as invalid, void, illegal, or unenforceable, the legality, validity, and enforceability of the remaining portions of these Terms will remain unaffected and remain in force as if the invalid, void, illegal, or unenforceable portion has been excised.

The failure or delay in exercising Escabee’s rights under these Terms will not function as a waiver of those rights, nor will it impact the ability to enforce Escabee’s rights under these Terms.

It should be noted that these Terms do not apply to commercial contractual relationships that Escabee may have with other relevant entities, including but not limited to the Accommodation Operators and certain marketing partners.

The terms set here are governed by the Laws of Malaysia. Any or all disputes which may arise from the use of the Platform will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian Courts.

If you have grievances about our Services, you can contact our Customer Service. We will do our utmost to assist you. Please be aware that concerns related to Accommodation Products themselves ultimately fall under the purview of the Accommodation Operators. While Escabee may liaise directly with an Accommodation Operators to seek a mutually satisfactory resolution, we cannot guarantee a favourable outcome.
