Just last weekend, we stayed at Camp B with no high expectation but oh my, Zen Forest really lives up to its name. Welcomed by a peaceful stream, breathing in the fresh air, and then tranquility of the forest wash over you, sounds magical, right? It was the perfect way to clear my mind and very relaxing. The tent was set up nicely along the river, sleeping with natural river sound was priceless. Near to restroom, complete with chiller, clean area+hammock. The staff at Zen are super friendly, Mr Hairi invited us for truck drive to summit/spend time for chitchat and to waterfall where we enjoy dipping in cool waterfall. The view is marvellous. The staff also walked us through their farm where we had coconut drinks, pick pineapple papayas and other fruits. There’s also fish feeding on bamboo raft that we did enjoy. We spent the whole night talking over campfire. Camp B at Zen Forest in Bentong was the perfect mix of adventure, relaxation, and pure nature. Whether you’re a seasoned camper or a first-timer, this place will not disappoint. We left with full hearts, incredible memories, and a deep appreciation for the beauty of the forest. Can't wait to return!

Experienced glamping twice at Zen Forest with my two furkids. 1st visit on Malaysia day weekend 2024 - it was absolutely full house at each campsite! Stayed at Campsite D - waterfall. The Big Hall was very useful as it had fans, tables and chairs. Toilet and water heater was well maintained too. It can get chilly if it rains heavy in evening. 2nd visit on 9 March 2025 - stayed at Campsite E. Very empty as it was month of Ramadhan and a Sunday night. Lovely stay, staff made sure I was okay. Very close to summit which made it easy to walk out to catch the sunrise early morning. However, take note it can get very hot in afternoon! Bring ice and cold water if you are bringing pets and staying in afternoon. Zen Forest is a pet-friendly campsite. If you do not own a tent, you can opt for glamping and bring your own pillows, bedsheets & blankets. Make sure to bring a lint remover to clean your pet fur before check out! Also make sure to bring mosquito repellent and fly repellent. Burning dried pomelo skin works well to deter flies and small flying insects (personal experience). The nasi lemak breakfast provided for campers and glampers, tastes delicious! Thank you to the team at Zen Forest and super friendly admin Hannah for accommodating! Looking forward to my next stay.

Quiet environment with nice view. Good place for stargazing, sea of cloud & sunrise spot (depends on weather & your luck). Facilities are surprising me, they provide water heater, water filter & hammock. Chill place to relax yourselves during weekend/holidays and close to the nature.

Love the place ❤️ it’s a chill place with river, waterfall, sea of cloud and more. If I could come here again next time I would want to stay near riverside as it’s more shaded instead of the summit. Also, I would recommend to stay more than a night to fully experience the campsite 💯

Me and my friends had a 3D2N camp experience. We truly enjoyed the sea of clouds and river dipping—it was an unforgettable experience. Unfortunately, we weren’t lucky enough to catch the sunrise. 🥹 We visited the waterfall on our first day, but due to the continuous hot weather, the water flow was quite low. However, after the thunderstorm on our first night, we could hear the soothing sound of the waterfall from our campsite. I was lucky enough to spot some gibbons grabbing their breakfast at Campsite D—a perfect way to end the trip! One small piece of feedback regarding the shelters—it would be great if they were positioned to face the scenic view rather than our tents. 😊
