Rooms = As i went there for a glamping, it was nicely set up but only the downside is that the lamp lights went off pretty early. Overall it was cozy and great view. Service = As i didn't request anything in particular but service seem to be great. Other guests were informing the lamp is out but it looks like it has been sorted even though it was at night. Location = Location overall is wonderful but it is very hot during the day. Maybe could have a fan in the common area with sprinkler so customers can chill. Interesting experience and would love to come back again one day!

We had an incredible 3-day, 2-night stay at Zen Forest, and honestly, it still felt too short! Our campsite was right by the river (Campsite B), which made the nights wonderfully cool. The trees cover kept the afternoons from getting too hot, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing escape. The amenities were great, with a freezer, showers, and water heater — though the bathrooms could use a bit of an upgrade. The staff were super friendly and always eager to help, which made our stay even better. Be prepared for the mosquitoes — there are plenty! Definitely pack some repellent, mosquito coils, and long sleeves. One big plus: it’s pet-friendly! Our dog had an absolute blast, probably more than we did, haha. We can’t wait to return!

The Best Glamping Stay Ever! Communication from start to end was very clear that leads to an amazing stay. The tent was incredibly nice and can accommodate up to 4 heads. The best thing is cooking utensils are well prepared, which allows us to do the favorite meals easily. Not to mention our breakfast was delivered early in the morning before we awoke. Sea of clouds? This is the perfect place! Woke at 6:30AM and enjoyed the sea of clouds while sipping our coffee together with our fur baby Chollo. 🐶 Zen forest is also a perfect place for those who want to spend their night in the riverside, trekking and some other activities. For sure, we'll be back. To the staff, THANK YOU a lot. We had some rice shortage but they didn't hesitate to find ways, and they even gave it for free. 🥰🥰🥰 You're 11/10 Zen Forest. Thank you for the amazing experience!

For nature lovers, this is a great experience. Close to nature in the river by the villa (where we stayed), or at the summit amongst the cloud sea. The kids and adults had a great time with the activities such as stream trekking to the waterfall, rubber tapping etc There is one ATV onsite which you can arrange to play, and also rubber floats to play in the river with. There will definitely be bugs and mosquitoes so be prepared with appropriate clothing, repellant and we burned mosquito coil round the villa which made it managable. Kudos to the on-site service staff Hairie, Moe and Selamat who were very pleasant, responsive and quick to address our needs. Admin was also responsive in the booking process and provided lots of information on nearest food places/grocery, activity bookings FAQ etc Overall, we would come back again to try the glamping

We only stayed overnight at camp E. It was advertised as glamping but it didn't really feel like it. The tent was quite tiny and the air bed was so narrow. You have to sleep on your back and not move at all or else you'll fall. There were also tiny cockroaches and lizard inside. I'm not sure if they clean the tent often. I think much better you set up your own tent. The staff are really nice though. The toilets are clean. The tables, utensils and the like are good also. The view is quite nice, just make sure the weather is good or you cannot see sunrise/set. It will be so foggy. There are lots of activities to do and would love to go there again if the weather is good.
