• Check-in : 3pm
• Check-out : 12pm

HOUSE RULES

• Leave no trace - Always take your rubbish with you. Your deposit may be forfeited if you leave your tent full of trash.
• Noisy campers are not cool - Keep the noise to a minimum to provide the best camping experience for others. No loud music at any time.
• Fire up the right way - Bonfires are NOT allowed except at our bonfire pit. The only other place you can light a fire is in a barbecue pit or at our campfire.
• Care for our facilities - Please take care of our tents, decor items, flora, and amenities. You will be charged for any damages not caused by wear and tear. (Please do not light the display candles!)
• Smoke mindfully - Never light your cigarette inside the tents. You will be fined if any traces of smoking are found in the tent. Smoking is allowed on our campgrounds, but please be mindful of your neighbors.
• No cooking or eating allowed in tents - Tents are fire hazards. Please do not cook or eat anything inside of the tents as it might leave an unpleasant smell too. Campers are free to cook and eat at the designated BBQ area and at the pantry.
• No lifeguards on duty - Children below 8 are not allowed in the pool. If you don’t know how to swim, do not get into the pool. Swimming is at your own risk. No smoking or eating at the pool.
• Prison break? - The gate will be locked after 10 PM for all campers' safety and will be opened the next morning at 7 AM. Do not attempt to climb the gates. If there is an emergency, call us.
• Bring the fun! - Enjoy your stay at The Wheel Estate and make friends with other campers!

BREAKAGES & DAMAGE

• A damage deposit of MYR50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
• Should any significant damage or breakage occur, other than acceptable wear and tear, a charge for replacement may be made. We reserve the right to charge for excessive cleaning where the tents or dome tents have been left in an unacceptable condition, through waste, litter, interference in the structure, movement of furniture and contents, etc. Guests will be held responsible for any fire, smoke, or general damage, or alteration to the structure caused by negligence

My recent 5-day, 4-night stay at The Estate Campsite in Perlis was nothing short of remarkable. As someone who loves stargazing, the campsite immediately caught my attention—especially because they occasionally organise stargazing and astrophotography events. Although I unfortunately missed the October 2025 stargazing session, the experience I had during my stay more than made up for it. The campsite is surrounded by lush greenery, expansive paddy fields, and the gentle silhouette of the mountains in the distance. The environment is incredibly serene, tranquil, and peaceful—a perfect escape from the rush of everyday life. One of my favourite parts of the stay was simply watching the sunrise and sunset, feeling the warm breeze across my face, and being fully immersed in nature. My time here left me recharged and deeply connected to the environment. I’m already planning to return for an even longer nature retreat. A big part of what makes The Estate Campsite special is the wonderful host couple. Warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, they pour passion into everything they do. Their dedication to creating meaningful, nature-centered experiences is inspiring, and it’s clear that they love sharing this beautiful space with others. If you’re seeking a place to unwind, explore nature, or simply reconnect with stillness, The Estate Campsite is a gem worth experiencing. I look forward to returning—and hopefully catching the next stargazing event!

Best experience ever. Friendly owners, clean and tidy accommodations, stargazing friendly sites and so on. Don't hesitate to check it out in the near future. For sure I will come back again with my Astro imaging equipment.

Stay one night in 4 person dome, very spacious. Can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. Afternoon abit warm so we plan our time for sightseeing, only back to dome after dinner. The Aircon is powerful, can cool down the dome in few mins. Shower room equipped with water heater. Weather is so cold at night, remember to prepare long sleeve. Highlight of our stay is stargazing. Only slept 3 hours that night to learn from the experts. Lucky to watch few meteor as well. Breakfast was nicely prepared, I like the Malay kuih. We can fried the eggs ourself. Attached photos taken around camp site. Sunrise is fantastic. Just reach home already planning to join next meteor shower watching in May.

Chill place with friendly and helpful owners! Great place for a getaway and nearby quite a few nature attractions. Nice place for stargazing as there is little light pollution. It's quite near to Bukit Ketri KTM train station. Nicer to travel around by car if driving, because the views around here are spectacular. There are also less Grab or taxi drivers around here. However, it's a nice place to sit back and relax even if you don't do anything else. Board games are available for groups of friends.
