Great campsite. Repeat few times already. Very clean and comfortable. Toilet and surau spacious. Now newly upgraded stream nicer for kids to play and swim. And very accomodative CO 👍👍👍 highly recommended.

• Campsite: Check-in 10:00 AM, Check-out 2:00 PM
• Lodge: Check-in 2:00 PM, Check-out 12:00 PM

✅ DO
• Safety first – You are responsible for your family and belongings. We are not liable for any accidents or losses.
• Keep it clean – Maintain cleanliness; excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
• Waste disposal – Proper disposal is your responsibility. Waste disposal service is available for RM10.
• River safety – Beware of headwaters (kepala air sungai). Avoid swimming in fast-flowing water and watch for warning signs like changes in river color.
• Emergency evacuation – In case of flood or fire warnings, evacuate immediately with your essentials and gather at the common area near the lodge parking.

❌ DON’T
• No littering – Do not throw trash or food waste into the river.
• No unauthorized site changes – Switching campsites without permission is prohibited.
• Safe Energy - Charging with more than 230 volts can damage campsite plug points and cause overheating.
• No ground fire or BBQ – Only use designated BBQ pits.
• Respect nature – Do not damage the land or trees around the campsite.
• Quiet hours – Keep noise levels down after 10:00 PM.
• No large waste disposal – Butane gas, large items, or excessive waste cannot be disposed of at the waste area.

Amendments, Cancellation and Refund Policies

Booking & Reschedule Policy
• All bookings are non-refundable.
• Date changes are allowed once only and must be requested at least 7 days before check-in.
• New dates are subject to availability and any price difference shall be borne by the guest.
• If no new date is confirmed within 3 months from the original check-in date, the booking will be considered expired and forfeited (no longer valid).
• Once a booking has been rescheduled, no further date changes will be allowed.
• Failure to check in on the rescheduled date will result in the booking being forfeited.

Amazing view of the hills from the lodge. Calm and child friendly river just a short walk away. The rooms are are cosy and clean. The vending machine in the common area is so convenient since the nearest shop is still quite a distance. Not gonna hesitate to come here again.

A relatively new area. Rocky and sandy campsite. Plug point provided. Sink space provided. Toilet and surau available. The river is not big, more suitable for children. The lodge unit is quite small but comfortable. There is a food and drink stall with a limited menu. There is a common space with tables and chairs. Maybe you can add fruit trees to make it more dim besides the attraction. Overall ok and many things can be improved.
