Overall a great experience! Our campsites 13, 14, 15 & 16 – comfortable for a large family. Tidy site, clean toilets, and kid-friendly river. Staff were responsive when needed. InsyaAllah, will come again and recommend to friends. Hopefully it will continue to grow!

• Campsite: Check-in 10:00 AM, Check-out 2:00 PM
• Lodge: Check-in 2:00 PM, Check-out 12:00 PM

✅ DO
• Safety first – You are responsible for your family and belongings. We are not liable for any accidents or losses.
• Keep it clean – Maintain cleanliness; excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
• Waste disposal – Proper disposal is your responsibility. Waste disposal service is available for RM10.
• River safety – Beware of headwaters (kepala air sungai). Avoid swimming in fast-flowing water and watch for warning signs like changes in river color.
• Emergency evacuation – In case of flood or fire warnings, evacuate immediately with your essentials and gather at the common area near the lodge parking.

❌ DON’T
• No littering – Do not throw trash or food waste into the river.
• No unauthorized site changes – Switching campsites without permission is prohibited.
• Safe Energy - Charging with more than 230 volts can damage campsite plug points and cause overheating.
• No ground fire or BBQ – Only use designated BBQ pits.
• Respect nature – Do not damage the land or trees around the campsite.
• Quiet hours – Keep noise levels down after 10:00 PM.
• No large waste disposal – Butane gas, large items, or excessive waste cannot be disposed of at the waste area.

Amendments, Cancellation and Refund Policies

• Full Refund – Cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund.
• Rescheduling – Bookings can be rescheduled up to 7 days before check-in, subject to availability.
• Overlapping Bookings – In case of overlapping reservations, the CO has the authority to cancel and issue a full refund.

Beautiful campsite. Top facilities. Toilet is clean, beautiful. There is a small stream. The sink is close, the toilet distance is ok. X away from our site. The weather is good if it rains, it's really cold.. you don't need a fan to sleep.. we sit on site 8 and 9.. If possible, the site should be repaired by digging back in 30-40 cm to remove large stones. It's hard to plant a peg.. it's fun to stick to a rock.

Overall satisfied...because the place is quite new and the facilities are in good condition, there is a safe stream for children to play in and there are not many people, other facilities at the camping site, there are plenty of places to wash equipment, there is a surau and toilets...hopefully they can continue to maintain the condition.

Adhoc camping. Afternoon survey. Night pay, neat. The wheel on the car round and round. Arrived at the destination at 11pm. The owner entertains just want to come at night. There are staff on standby at the campsite. The chosen site is site no 8. The edge of the tree. It started to get cold at 9pm. The day is full of nano clouds. The morning is still dim. The evening is quite hot. Those who can't stand the heat, can take site 10-12. All sites have plug points. Solar lights illuminate the campsite. Shallow river. Ankle to knee level. There is also a double bed chalet. The surau & toilet are beautiful and tidy. There is a swimming pool. Overall facilities are ok. It's just more sinks & toilets close to far sites. Increase the number of trees for the dimming of the campers.
