• Please adhere to these times to allow smooth transitions between campers.

🔇 Quiet Hours
• Quiet hours are strictly observed from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM.
• Kindly keep noise levels low and avoid loud conversations, music, or other disturbances during this time.

🚫 Prohibited Items & Activities
• Pets are not allowed at the campsite.
• Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Fireworks are not allowed unless approved in advance by the campsite manager.
• Illegal substances, dangerous tools, and any activity that may pose a threat to safety or the environment are strictly forbidden.

🔥 Campfires & BBQs
• Campfires and BBQs are only permitted in designated areas.
• Never leave fires unattended and ensure they are fully extinguished before leaving or sleeping.
• Use only permitted firewood or charcoal—cutting trees or gathering firewood from the site is not allowed.

🚿 Cleanliness & Facilities
• Please help us keep Tanah Chik clean—use trash bins provided and take your waste with you if bins are full.
• Shared facilities (toilets, prayer room, gazebos) must be used respectfully and kept clean.
• Do not wash dishes or clothes in the river or bathroom sinks.

🏞️ River Safety & Nature Respect
• The river is shallow and safe for children, but adult supervision is required at all times.
• No rough play, diving, or polluting the river.
• Do not harm or disturb plants, trees, or wildlife.
• Loud music is discouraged to maintain the peaceful environment.

• Do not drive into camping zones or grassy areas unless directed by staff.

Cancellation, Refund & No Rescheduling Policy

To maintain fair availability and smooth operations at our campsite, the following policies apply to all reservations:

1. No Rescheduling
Once a reservation is confirmed, dates cannot be changed or rescheduled for any reason, including weather conditions, personal circumstances, travel issues, or emergencies.

2. Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Canceling a reservation does not guarantee a refund unless stated below.

3. Refunds
All payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

No refunds will be issued for early departures, no-shows, or unused nights.

4. Weather Policy
Campsite operations continue in most weather conditions. Weather-related issues do not qualify for cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling.
