• Check-out is at 12:00 PM
• Only customers with tickets are allowed to enter the premises. Please add the number of tickets in the Add-On section during booking if it exceeds the amount specified in the description
• Alcohol is strictly prohibited
• The campsite is not responsible for any loss of personal items or money. Please keep your valuables safe at all times
• Trolleys and wheelbarrows are for shared use. Please return them to their original place after use
• Please manage and dispose of your trash properly
• Silent mode must be observed from 10:00 PM to respect other guests. Karaoke is not allowed
• Do not hang or tie anything to the decorative trees at Tampin Water Park
• Activities that may disturb other visitors are prohibited
• High-powered electronic devices are not allowed to be used with the available plugs
• Outside guests are not permitted to enter the premises of Tampin Water Park

💰 Security deposit policy
• Refund will be initiated upon check-out
• Refunds are processed within 2–3 working days after check-out
• Any damages or uncleanliness will be deducted from the security deposit

Amendments, Cancellation and Refund Policies

Cancellation policy
• More than 7 days before check-in: 100% refund
• 3–7 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days before check-in / no-show: no refund
• All refunds will be processed within 7 working days

Amendment policy
• Amendments (date, guest number, etc.) are allowed once and must be made at least 5 days before check-in, subject to availability
• Any price difference due to changes must be paid in full upon confirmation of amendment
• Amendments requested within 3 days of check-in may not be accommodated and may be treated as a cancellation

Force majeure
• We reserve the right to waive or modify cancellation fees under special circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions) at our discretion

Went for an event, had a lots of beautiful scenery and can spend your time walking around enjoying the breeze and nature since its just beside the swimming pools

Nice place for outing. People are really enjoyed the pool. Got 4 pools in total. Depth from 2ft to 6ft.. You can do a lots of an activities like camping, stay in the kabin, etc. Seriously the place really suitable for families gathering to do bbq, play games or anything. Also they're allowed you to bring your own food. Got food store inside the water park too. Overall my kiddos having a great experience every time we came here. May 2023 they have done some touch up to the pools and other things.

JUDGE

Liked the place along with the price of tickets are really cheap(RM10/adult, RM5/child). Reason for one loss star is because guard rail that separate the river and road feels unsafe for me, should've use iron fence instead. There's also the fact that some pools don't have ladder to climb at 7ft, either climb the wall or swim all the way to 1ft.
