Really enjoyed our glamping experience here. The place is clean, cozy, and well taken care of. The host is friendly and helpful, making sure everything is comfortable for us. Love that it’s pet-friendly too—perfect for a short getaway with our furry friends. Highly recommended! 🐾🌿

Rules and Guidelines

1.⁠ ⁠*Booking & Payment Terms*
   - Full payment is required in advance to secure your reservation.
   - The total campsite fee must be paid before arrival or at check-in.

2.⁠ ⁠*Cancellation & Refund Policy*
   - If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least two week before your scheduled arrival for rescheduling or postponement. If not used within one month, the payment will be non-refundable.

3.⁠ ⁠*Check-In & Check-Out Times*
   - Check-in time: 3:00 PM
   - Check-out time: 12:00 PM
   - Late check-out for the Mongolian yurt will incur an additional 20% charge, while the campsite will charge RM20.

4.⁠ ⁠*Glamping Mongolian Hut Rules & Facilities*
   - No food is allowed inside the Mongolian yurt.
   - A gas stove and gas cylinder are provided.
   - Utensils such as bowls, plates, forks, spoons, barbecue grills, small knives, and a cutting board are available.
   - Pets are not allowed inside the Mongolian yurt and must be kept outside.
   -Pets are allowed in camping slots and around the campsite. Owners must keep their pets leashed or properly supervised at all times.

5.⁠ ⁠*Waste Management*
   - A RM10 waste deposit is required for each campsite.
   - The deposit will be fully refunded if you take your waste with you upon check-out.

6.⁠ ⁠*Safety & Code of Conduct*
   - Open flames are prohibited except in designated campfire areas.
   - Respect other campers by keeping noise levels acceptable, especially after 11:00 PM.
   - The campsite gate will be locked at 11:00 PM and will reopen at 7:00 AM.
   - Children must wear swimsuits when playing in the pool, and parents must supervise their children at all times.
   - Entering the river for water activities is prohibited on rainy days.

7.⁠ ⁠*Pet Policy*
   - Pets are allowed but must be supervised by the owner at all times, and owners must clean up after their pets.
   - Pets are not allowed inside the Mongolian yurts and must be kept outside.
   - The owner is responsible for any damage or disturbance caused by their pets.

8.⁠ ⁠*Liability Waiver*
   - The campsite is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
   - All activities are at your own risk, and guests must comply with the campsite safety rules.

9.⁠ ⁠*Facilities Use*
   - Common facilities must be shared and kept clean. Any damage or excessive mess may result in additional charges.
   - The campsite provides electricity and power outlets, hairdryers, toilets, refrigerators, dishwashing soap, cold and hot water, mirrors, toilet paper, flush toilets, a fishing pond, a river, and a small shop.

-Guns and prohibited items are prohibited in the campsite.

Staying in the capsule was honestly one of the coolest experiences ever. The place was super clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious for a capsule. The view at night was beautiful, and the whole vibe felt modern yet peaceful. The hosts were friendly, everything was well-prepared, and I slept really comfortably. Definitely worth it — I’d 100% come back again!

Really clean and I especially appreciate the clean bathrooms that have hot showers and clean toilets. Having the platform to pitch the tents is a good idea especially when it rains. One of the few downsides of this camp is that it’s right next to the road, and it can be noisy at night, unfortunately. The other thing is that, there are dogs living in this campsite, watch out for your kids being near them, because if your child doesn’t know how to act right around them, they might feel threatened and bite the child. (That was what i witnessed when I was there)
