The cold nights were refreshing and perfect for stargazing. The bathrooms were very clean, and having a water heater was a lifesaver for hot showers. Highly recommend this campsite for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

1.⁠ ⁠*Booking & Payment Terms*
   - Full payment is required in advance to secure your reservation.
   - The total campsite fee must be paid before arrival or at check-in.

2.⁠ ⁠*Cancellation & Refund Policy*
   - If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least two week before your scheduled arrival for rescheduling or postponement. If not used within one month, the payment will be non-refundable.

3.⁠ ⁠*Check-In & Check-Out Times*
   - Check-in time: 3:00 PM
   - Check-out time: 12:00 PM
   - Late check-out for the Mongolian yurt will incur an additional 20% charge, while the campsite will charge RM20.

4.⁠ ⁠*Glamping Mongolian Hut Rules & Facilities*
   - No food is allowed inside the Mongolian yurt.
   - A gas stove and gas cylinder are provided.
   - Utensils such as bowls, plates, forks, spoons, barbecue grills, small knives, and a cutting board are available.
   - Pets are not allowed inside the Mongolian yurt and must be kept outside.
   -Pets are allowed in camping slots and around the campsite. Owners must keep their pets leashed or properly supervised at all times.

5.⁠ ⁠*Waste Management*
   - A RM10 waste deposit is required for each campsite.
   - The deposit will be fully refunded if you take your waste with you upon check-out.

6.⁠ ⁠*Safety & Code of Conduct*
   - Open flames are prohibited except in designated campfire areas.
   - Respect other campers by keeping noise levels acceptable, especially after 11:00 PM.
   - The campsite gate will be locked at 11:00 PM and will reopen at 7:00 AM.
   - Children must wear swimsuits when playing in the pool, and parents must supervise their children at all times.
   - Entering the river for water activities is prohibited on rainy days.

7.⁠ ⁠*Pet Policy*
   - Pets are allowed but must be supervised by the owner at all times, and owners must clean up after their pets.
   - Pets are not allowed inside the Mongolian yurts and must be kept outside.
   - The owner is responsible for any damage or disturbance caused by their pets.

8.⁠ ⁠*Liability Waiver*
   - The campsite is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.
   - All activities are at your own risk, and guests must comply with the campsite safety rules.

9.⁠ ⁠*Facilities Use*
   - Common facilities must be shared and kept clean. Any damage or excessive mess may result in additional charges.
   - The campsite provides electricity and power outlets, hairdryers, toilets, refrigerators, dishwashing soap, cold and hot water, mirrors, toilet paper, flush toilets, a fishing pond, a river, and a small shop.

-Guns and prohibited items are prohibited in the campsite.

Place is very neat and clean. Including the campsite, common area and most importantly the toilet. Common area has multiple plug points which is a nice touch. Showers come with heaters too for the late night bath. Common area has bright lights and fans, for us to chill at noon. It is also located beside a river, sleeping with the sound of river flow is too good. Ground is elevated from the river too which makes it very safe at different season. Price is very afforable as well. Would definitely revisit.

Overall place is nice, price also reasonable, just that no dinner included have to prepare ur own but they do provide the portable gas stove and other tableware. Toilet is clean also, having hot water for bath Just one thing not good is the loaction just nearby the highway, it is quite noisy during sleeping time

Pro: we had the river deck all to ourselves so it is rather private, no need to share the communal area. The electricity plug point is 24hours but need plug extension. Very organised camp site, CO are friendly and presence while you are checking in and they are very accomodative. Love the customer service. Toilet super duper clean like 5stars hotel. Equipped with hairdryer. Never seen any camp site with such a nice and clean toilet. Best got hot shower but prefer to mandi cold because water is refreshing from the hill. Communal area equipped with place for you to wash your dishes, brush teeth, mandi and light is on till daylight. Parking is well organised too. River deck has own sink, can fit 3 3mx3m tent. Big space and best is you dont have to think of cleaning up after your trip. Less mosquitoes too. Have great phone coverage i can even held meeting smoothly at camp area. Sampah can jusy leave it beside their sampah area, they will dispose it for you. Cons: I hated the lalat. The lalat is dem dem huge, tong sampah lalat. After cook meal must eat immediately, can not expose the food. It is located beside the highway, night time you can hear traffic from karak. But river sound can be louder than vehicle's sound. And during great weather, hot sunny day, it is hot, no wind is even worst, u felt like you are in the sauna. This usually happend during midday to 4pm. Price wise it is pricey, but cheaper than Willow and Rainforest. Normal tapak is rm80 plus entrance per head. Adult = rm15 and children rm10. River deck is at its promotional price Overall, i love this campsite. Will i come again? Well.......let's see. You may visit their facebook page and whatsapp organizer. Very fast response.

Awesome campsite, I love it. They have both glamping and camping zone at very reasonable rates. Very recommended. You can bring elderly, and they have hot shower in all the 8 toilets in total, well done 👍 Their cement campground keeps me worry free, from the muddy ground, wet or flood, water ponding….etc I will definitely return 👍
