👨‍👩‍👧 PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
• Check-in Hours: Starting 10 AM. Please arrange with our friendly staff if early check-in is needed.
• Check-out Hours: By 7 PM. 
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. 
• Clean as You Go: Dispose of rubbish in provided bins.
• Respect Boundaries: Stay within marked campsite zones.

🏹 GAME CONDUCT
Play Area Hours: 9 AM – 7 PM. Please respect fellow campers.
Wear Face Mask & Covered Shoes: Your safety is most important.
Handle Game Equipment with Care: RM50 will be impose for any damage/missing equipment.

🧼 HYGIENE & HEALTH
• Use Designated Toilets & Showers: Cleaned daily.
• Mosquito Control: Apply insect repellent, wear long sleeves in the evening.
• Stay Hydrated: Drinking water is available at all stations.

🌧️ WEATHER & ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY
• Check Weather Updates: Weather alerts will be posted on the info board daily at 8 AM and 4 PM.
• Flood Safety: If rain persists, head to the designated elevated shelter.
• Storms & Lightning: Avoid open fields and large trees. Head to the nearest solid-roof shelter.

🌊 RIVER SAFETY
No Swimming is allowed: The river current is too fast too furious.

🐍 WILDLIFE AWARENESS
• Do Not Feed Wild Animals: Especially monkeys.
• Keep Food Sealed and out of sight: Opaque bags to safekeep food can be provided upon request.
• Report Sightings: Inform staff immediately if you see a snake or aggressive wildlife.

🔥 FIRE SAFETY
• Use Fire Pits Only: Campfires are only allowed in marked fire zones.
• Extinguish After Use: Put out fires completely before leaving.
• Report Fire Hazards: If you notice smoke or fire outside designated areas, alert staff.

🚨 EMERGENCY CONTACT & PROCEDURES
• Emergency Assembly Point: Near the Admin Hut.
• First Aid: Available at the Admin Hut. Staff are first-aid certified.
• Emergency Numbers: Displayed on the board at all shelters and at the Admin Hut.

💼 INSURANCE & LIABILITY
• All campers are advised to have personal travel or accident insurance.

Amendments, Cancellation and Refund Policies

1. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking or at least 14 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
2. Cancellations made for bookings between 7-13 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
3. Cancellations made for bookings less than 7 days before check-in or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Any transfer of booking has to be made at least 10 days before check-in date.
5. In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or government-imposed travel restrictions, refunds or rescheduling will be offered at the management’s discretion.
