Rules and Guidelines

• Follow the Check-In time of 3:00 PM and Check-Out time of 1:00 PM at Seven Beret Campsite. Inform the PIC if any changes are needed.

Eletrical supply will be on schedule basis:
- 10am to 3pm
- 7pm to 12am

• Always be aware of your surroundings. Immediately exit the river if the water becomes murky and follow crew instructions.

• Lower the volume of music or video sounds. Ensure it’s only audible to you, especially at night.

• All risks and accidents during your stay at Seven Beret Campsite are your own responsibility.

• Do not use equipment that requires high power capacity, as the generator cannot support such appliances.

• Fishing or catching birds in and around the campsite is prohibited. Let’s work together to preserve the local flora and fauna.

• Dispose of plastic containers, glass, cans, used cooking oil, and durian skins in the designated bins at the campsite.

• Karaoke activities are not allowed. Please maintain the peaceful and serene atmosphere.

• Avoid staying in areas where you may be exposed to falling durians during durian season. Only CO and the crew are allowed to collect fallen durians. The collected fruits will be weighed and sold to campers only.

Amendments, Cancellation and Refund Policies

1. All bookings are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it is considered confirmed and will not be refunded.

2. Postponement Request
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Any request to postpone must be made at least 7 days before the event date.

3. Late Changes
Requests made less than 7 days prior to the event will be considered forfeited, as preparations and arrangements would have already been made.

4. Rescheduling
All postponements are subject to availability and management approval.
