Best place for campers, outdoor enthusiast. Clean campsite. Do expect some heat and mosquitoes during the night but its normal with any campsite. Electricity available from 7pm to 7am. Toilet and showers are clean. Cooking space provided along with gas and utensils. Beach is very clean.The beach in this campsite is the snorkelling spot from other resorts due to its crystal clear water, baby sharks, and many more. Campsite care taker is very helpful and friendly. He entertained all our needs during our stay. 10/10

   ‣ Must be completed by 11:00 AM on your departure day. Boat transfer 12:00pm at island.
   ‣ Ensure all belongings are packed, and your campsite is left clean and tidy.
   ‣ Return any keys or access cards to the reception.

3. Do’s & Don’ts
Do’s:
• Respect Nature: 
   ‣ Keep to designated trails and camping areas.
   ‣ Use provided facilities for waste disposal and recycling.
• Maintain Cleanliness: 
   ‣ Dispose of trash in the proper bins.
   ‣ Practice “Leave No Trace” principles—pack out what you pack in.
• Be Considerate: 
   ‣ Keep noise to a minimum during designated quiet hours (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).

Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will incur no cancellation fee. A full refund (minus any applicable administrative fee) will be processed.
•	Between 14 and 29 Days Before Arrival:
Cancellations received between 14 and 29 days before arrival will incur a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the total booking cost. The remaining 50% (minus any administrative fee) will be refunded.
•	Less Than 14 Days Before Arrival:
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.

•	All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official booking portal. Please include your booking reference number and relevant details.

I had been to many islands. This is probably one of the bests.Or the best. Sem campsite is a must go to place for those seeking privacy in a secluded,serene beach,with white soft sands,with views of rocks.In terms of island campsite, this is the best because it's under the beautiful shades of trees and you wont have to worry about the heat. You just wanna sit there quietly and enjoy the view and sea wind breeze.And those who enjoy snorkeling,you dont have to go elsewhere.just enjoy it right in front of the campsite.If you're lucky you may get a glimpse of baby sharks.Basic amenities are good,with clean toilet,and full equipped kitchen.They probably want to add more toilet in the future,to cater a big group.Overall,we enjoyed everything,from sunrise to sunset,from snorkeling to hiking,strolling by the beach and even just hanging out with the superb view. We had a blast of a holiday, especially with great hospitality from the campsite caretaker and from SEM (the owner) himself.

This campsite is at the best spot of that beach with 2 resorts. The water, sand and rocks so beautiful! Campsite kitchen, 1 shower room and 1 toilet. Love the big big long table and how the camp is on the platform. Fresh water shower head just right in front the camp. Very convenient.

Most beautiful campsite! The private beach is postcard worthy That little corner is perhaps the best part of Lang Tengah beach. This campsite provides kitchen & camp. Kitchen is fully equipped.
