I had a wonderful time at Santai Dusun Campsite. The place is very clean and well-maintained, and the owner is super friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. The scenery around the campsite is absolutely beautiful, a perfect place to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was the river. If you’re looking for a calm & scenic campsite, I highly recommend Santai Dusun Campsite. I’ll definitely be coming back!

About Santai Dusun Campsite

Santai Dusun Campsite is a 'semi-wild' concept campsite located within a village orchard, approximately 5km from the small town of Pengkalan Hulu. The campsite offers a peaceful and serene orchard and forest atmosphere. One of the main attractions of this campsite is the river, which features stunning ancient stone cliffs that captivate visitors.

With 17 tent sites, it is equipped with basic amenities such as bathrooms, toilets, prayer spaces, and more. The campsite is managed by our small family, who also live in the same orchard. This is where we grew up, and the creation of this campsite is to share with those who want to experience village life, the 'village vibe,' and true village hospitality.

• This is a campsite, not a picnic area. Daytrip visitors mst book a slot in advance. NO walk-ins allowed.

Notice: Silent Hour & Music Use Policy
- To ensure a peaceful and pleasant experience for all guests, Silent Hour at Santai Dusun Campsite begins at 11:00 PM and continues until 7:00 AM.
- Throughout your stay, any music or sound played within the campsite must be kept at a low volume and must not disturb other campers, especially during nighttime.

PLUG POINTS
• Except for XL1 and L2 sites, there is a charge of RM10/stay. You must provide your own extension cord if you wish to use plug points at the following sites:
   ‣ Site L5 (20m extension)
   ‣ Site L6 (20m+ extension)
   ‣ Site L3 (15m+ extension)
   ‣ Site L7 (15m extension)
   ‣ Site L9 (15m+ extension)
   ‣ Site L10 (10m+ extension)
   ‣ Site L11 (10m extension)
   ‣ Site L13 (10m+ extension)
   ‣ Site M14 (15m+ extension)
   ‣ Site L15 (20m extension)
   ‣ Site L16 (10m+ extension)

• Plug points within the campsite are for light electrical equipment only. Heaters, coolers, or air conditioners are NOT allowed.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
• Check-in: 2pm
• Check-out: 1pm
• Due to the limited number of campsites, we need to enforce check-in and check-out times. However, if there are no new arrivals that day, early check-in and late check-out will be allowed.

CAMPSITE INFORMATION
• TELCO SERVICE: Maxis and Celcom only
• NO OFF-ROAD ACCESS: Suitable for all vehicle types
• PARKING: Cars must be parked in the designated parking area, 50m-80m from the campsite
• WHEELBARROWS are provided for campers to carry their belongings
• CAMPSITE CREW is available to assist in transporting belongings to the campsite
• TRASH BINS are provided
• It is recommended to wear water shoes for comfort while in the river
• CAMPSITES are elevated 5m-7m above the river level

Amendments, Cancellation and Refund Policies

- REFUNDABLE : Any cancellation must be made AT LEAST 14 DAYS before check in date and only 80% from the total payment will be refund.
- NO REFUND : for any cancellation made less than 14 days before check in and only allow to postpone/change the date for 1 time only. RM50 will be charged for 2nd time date amendment. 
- No refund and no postpone/chance date for any cancellation less than 5 days before check in.

We camped here for 3D2N. Even though it's far from KL, we were excited for the river and didn't mind driving for 4 hours just to enjoy nature. The river is one of a kind because the riverbank is very unique. It's called the KROH Transformation—feel free to Google more about it. Even the campsite itself gives off serene vibes. - It's a dusun campsite, surrounded by fruit orchards. The CO lives nearby, so it’s really easy to ask for anything or get assistance. - Here, they also serve free coffee! A great kampung coffee to enjoy on a cold night. - The sites have plug points, and we booked two sites located side by side. We even had a fire pit just for ourselves. - Our site is near the entrance, which is convenient since it's close to the toilet and sink, and just a short walk from the car park. The downside is that it's far from the river, so there’s no river view. - It's a bit challenging to access the river, as the bank is quite high. You need to be careful when going down. - We really enjoyed swimming in the river, which has both deep and shallow parts. Some areas are great for water rafting. The road leading here is a light off-road, and even though there are no signboards, it's easy to find. - I love the surrounding area with big durian trees, and at night, it’s even better with yellow lights. Very peaceful. - Parking space is limited but can accommodate less than 15 cars at one time. - Electricity is provided 24 hours. - And what I love too the furry creatures (cats!) that belong to the owner. There are about 3-4 of them, and they’re all very friendly, playing around the site. There are also wild chickens that look tame but are definitely not! Overall, we had a great time. Even with the long journey, it was really worth it to come here

Amazing Campsite with unique river. Clean and Cozy environment. Co is very Friendly and helpful. He always there if you need anything. Also river guide is provided. Free 'Kopi Kg'... Fire Pit is my favourite Interest. Made a good choice by Camping at the Dark Zone. Will keep repeating insyaallah. Good Job and Thank you for the best hospitality given😍

I highly recommend this campsite to other campers. It’s a very relaxing place to escape the city vibe. The campsite owner was also very friendly from the moment we arrived. Overall, it’s highly recommended, and I will definitely return in the future.
