We had a wonderful experience at this campsite! The cleanliness was truly impressive the entire area, including the common spaces, was well-maintained and comfortable for guests. The toilet facilities were easily accessible, clean, and convenient, which made our stay even more pleasant. One of the highlights of this campsite is definitely the breathtaking view and peaceful natural scenery. The river flowing nearby adds a calming atmosphere, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. What makes this place even more special is how family-friendly it is. The river has shallow areas that are safe and suitable for children to play in, so parents can feel at ease while the kids enjoy themselves. Overall, this campsite is highly recommended, especially for families looking for a safe, clean, and scenic getaway. We will definitely come back again!

1. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
• Check-in begins at the time specified by the management.
• Check-out must be completed before the designated check-out time.
• Late check-out until 3:00 PM: RM35.
• Check-out after 3:00 PM: A full-day charge will apply.
• Guests must follow the designated check-in and check-out procedures.
• Maximum Guest Capacity:
   ‣ Standard Campsite (less than 20' x 20'): Maximum 5 guests.
   ‣ Family Campsite (20' x 20' and above): Maximum 7 guests.
   ‣ Chalet: Maximum 3–5 guests, depending on the chalet type.
• Additional guests must be registered and are subject to the following charges:
   ‣ Non-overnight visitor: RM5 per person.
   ‣ Overnight guest: RM10 per person per night.
• Management reserves the right to refuse additional guests if the maximum capacity is exceeded or safety requirements are not met.

2. SECURITY DEPOSIT
• A RM30 security deposit is required for each campsite or chalet.
• The deposit will be refunded after the site has been inspected.
• The deposit may be partially or fully deducted to cover costs including, but not limited to:
   ‣ Unsatisfactory cleanliness.
   ‣ Rubbish or food waste left behind.
   ‣ Damage to facilities or amenities.
   ‣ Lost or damaged rental items.
   ‣ Rental items not returned.
   ‣ Outstanding purchases or additional charges.
   ‣ Late check-out.
   ‣ Violation of campsite rules.
   ‣ No-show, subject to the booking policy.
• Management reserves the right to adjust deductions based on the actual costs incurred.
• Management's decision regarding the refund or deduction of the security deposit is final.

3. CAMPSITE CLEANLINESS
• Guests must keep toilets, showers, sinks and washing areas clean after use.
• Do not dispose of diapers, sanitary products, cigarette butts or other waste irresponsibly.
• Food waste must not be left near the river or campsite as it may attract wildlife.
• All rubbish must be collected and disposed of at the designated disposal areas.
• Guests must leave their campsite clean before check-out.

4. TOILETS & WASHING AREAS
• Please use toilets, showers and sinks responsibly.
• Keep all facilities clean after use.
• Turn off water taps and other facilities after use.
• Do not dispose of sanitary products, diapers, wet wipes, cooking oil or foreign objects into the sewage system.

5. RIVER SAFETY & OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
• All river and outdoor activities are undertaken at your own risk.
• Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
• Guests must follow all safety instructions issued by management.
• Activities must stop immediately during heavy rain, strong winds, flash floods, storms or other hazardous conditions.
• Guests must immediately leave the river, low-lying areas or any location identified by management when instructed for safety reasons.
• Guests using facilities in low-lying areas or near the river must remain alert to weather conditions and the risk of rising water levels.
• Management reserves the right to close or restrict access to the river, campsite, hall, designated routes or any facility due to safety concerns, including:
   ‣ Heavy rain.
   ‣ Flooding or flash floods.
   ‣ Storms or strong winds.
   ‣ Landslides.
   ‣ Fallen trees or dangerous branches.
   ‣ Presence of wildlife.
   ‣ Risk of water contamination.
   ‣ Emergency maintenance.
   ‣ Safety complaints from guests.
   ‣ Any other condition considered a potential danger to guests, staff or property.

6. QUIET HOURS
• Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• Loud noise, loud music, karaoke or any activity that may disturb other guests is not permitted during Quiet Hours.
• Please respect the privacy and comfort of other guests.

7. VEHICLES & PARKING
• Each campsite or chalet is entitled to one (1) vehicle without additional charge, unless stated otherwise.
• Additional vehicles are subject to the following charges:
   ‣ Additional car: RM20 per vehicle.
   ‣ Additional motorcycle: RM10 per motorcycle.
• Vehicles must be parked only in designated or permitted areas.
• Do not park in a manner that blocks emergency access, entrances, exits or other guests' areas.
• Vehicles must be driven slowly and safely within Rabenda Riverscape.
• Management reserves the right to request that any vehicle affecting operations or safety be moved.
• Rabenda Riverscape is not responsible for loss, damage or theft involving vehicles or belongings kept inside them. Vehicle owners are responsible for the security of their vehicles and belongings.

8. DAY VISITORS (DAY USE)
• Day Use is permitted from 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM only.
• All day visitors must be registered in advance.
• Day Use charges:
   ‣ RM60 per vehicle for up to 5 guests.
   ‣ Additional guests above 5: RM5 per person.
   ‣ Motorcycle: RM10 per motorcycle, maximum 2 persons per motorcycle.
• Day visitors are not permitted to remain within the premises after 6:00 PM without prior approval from management.

9. BBQ, CAMPFIRES & COOKING
• Fires must not be made directly on the ground.
• All BBQs and campfires must use a suitable BBQ pit or fire pit.
• All fires must be completely extinguished after use.
• Guests are responsible for any damage or fire caused by negligence.

10. SMOKING
• Smoking is prohibited in designated non-smoking areas, including the prayer room, toilets, hall, other guests' areas and any area designated as a No Smoking Area.
• Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.

11. DRONES & SPECIAL EQUIPMENT
• Prior approval from management is required before operating a drone.
• Management reserves the right to stop the use of drones or other equipment that may affect the privacy, safety or comfort of other guests.
• High-powered electrical appliances such as electric stoves, induction cookers, water heaters or other appliances that may overload the electrical system are not permitted without prior approval from management.

12. PROHIBITED ITEMS & ACTIVITIES
• The following are strictly prohibited:
   ‣ Bringing or consuming alcoholic beverages.
   ‣ Drug abuse or possession/use of prohibited substances.
   ‣ Bringing illegal weapons.
   ‣ Bringing non-halal food.
   ‣ Bringing pets.
   ‣ Gambling.
   ‣ Vandalism or damaging property.
   ‣ Cutting, damaging or removing plants without permission.

13. CONDUCT & DECENCY
• Muslim couples who are not mahram are not permitted to share accommodation or stay overnight together.
• Guests must dress appropriately in public areas.
• Bikinis, boxer shorts or other inappropriate attire are not permitted in public areas.
• Non-halal food is not permitted within Rabenda Riverscape.
• Alcoholic beverages, drugs, prohibited substances and illegal weapons are strictly prohibited.
• Guests must maintain proper conduct and respect religious and cultural sensitivities at all times.

14. CANCELLATION POLICY
• All cancellations must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp, email, website or the official booking channel.
• More than 14 days before check-in: 100% refund.
• 7–13 days before check-in: 50% of the booking payment will be forfeited. Alternatively, a 100% refund will be provided if the cancelled slot is successfully booked by another customer.
• Less than 7 days before check-in: 100% of the booking payment will be forfeited. Alternatively, a 100% refund will be provided if the cancelled slot is successfully booked by another customer.
• No-show without prior notice: Considered a late cancellation and no refund will be provided.

15. MANAGEMENT RIGHTS
• Management reserves the right to require any individual who violates the rules to leave Rabenda Riverscape without a refund.
• Management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate the stay of any guest who violates the rules, without a refund.
• Management may relocate guests to an equivalent or better site due to operational, safety, weather, maintenance or other reasonable circumstances without additional liability to management.
• Management reserves the right to close or restrict access to any area, including the river, campsite or facilities, due to safety concerns such as heavy rain, flooding, flash floods, storms, fallen trees, landslides, utility disruptions or circumstances beyond management's control.
• Management reserves the right to amend or update these rules from time to time.

16. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
• All activities are undertaken at the guest's own risk.
• Rabenda Riverscape shall not be responsible for any loss, property damage, injury or accident resulting from guest negligence or circumstances beyond management's control.
• By entering and staying at Rabenda Riverscape, guests agree to comply with all safety rules and instructions issued by management.

Such a wonderful 3D2N camping experience at Rabenda Riverscape! 🌿🏕️ We had such a great time here! The surroundings were beautiful, peaceful and refreshing, with two rivers nearby. The main Sungai Bil is deeper and perfect for those who enjoy swimming, while the other smaller river is much shallower and really suitable for kids to play safely. The water was wonderfully cold and refreshing, and the whole atmosphere was so much fun, especially for families and groups. 🔥🌊 The facilities were also more than sufficient. Firewood was provided, there were two plug points, the camping area was spacious and camping at a deck also provided which made the whole camping setup much more comfortable. Overall, a very enjoyable and relaxing getaway. We loved the natural surroundings, the cool river, the spacious campsite and the family-friendly atmosphere. Definitely a place we would love to come back to! ❤️🌿🏕️

A hidden gem! We felt so lucky to be among the very first customers to experience this campsite. Although we didn't stay overnight, we had a wonderful family picnic. My small family had so much fun, especially the kids! The Highlights: The River: Absolutely pristine with crystal-clear water. The kids spent the whole time playing in it and loved every second. Accessibility: The entrance is very easy to navigate for all types of vehicles. Facilities: The toilets are brand new and spotless, featuring seated toilets and showers. Hospitality: The owner is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Location: Only about 1 hour and 15 minutes from KL. Suggestions for Improvement: Since the campsite is still new, I’d love to suggest a few upgrades for the owner. The lower lot can be a bit muddy; raising those sections and adding dedicated plug points and a sink at each lot would make this place 5 stars!
