I recently stayed at this campsite and had a great experience overall. The vibe was amazing, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The facilities were well-equipped, including clean toilets and quality camping equipment. My group booked a private area for four people, and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was. One downside is that the campsite doesn’t offer a view of the sunrise or sunset as it's blocked by surrounding structures, but the atmosphere makes up for it. At night, it gets quite windy and cold, so definitely bring warm clothing. The campsite has a rule for minimal noise after 10 PM, but honestly, the noise level felt tolerable. I was chatting until 4 AM without any issues. Another plus is that it's only a 9-minute walk to Bachang Night Market, with well-lit roads making the walk safe and convenient. Overall, it’s a great place for a comfortable camping experience with good facilities and an enjoyable ambiance.

• Please clean up after yourselves and treat our campsite with love.
• Please be considerate towards other campers and keep noise levels to a minimum after 9.30pm.
• RM50 deposit will be forfeited for each noise complaint received from other campers.

Security Deposit:
• The refund process will be initiated upon check-out.
• The refunds are processed within 2-3 working days upon check-out.
• Damages & Uncleanliness will be deducted from the security deposit.

Pets:
• Immediately pick up all accidents caused by your dogs.
• Pet owners are solely responsible for their pets' safety. One Ground will not be held responsible for any accidents.
• Pets must not be left unattended at any time.
• Always pick up after your dog's 💩💩
• Diapers are recommended, especially for male dogs that mark their territory (as they tend to pee at corners of human tents).
• A short walk outside the campsite for pee pee & poo poo breaks is recommended daily to avoid strong odours inside the campsite.
• DO NOT unleash your dog without your supervision.
• DO NOT leave food or water bowls on the floor.
• We have camping newbies—both furkids and humans—so be prepared for dog barking and whining at night. Owners should control their dogs if excessive noise occurs).
• Pet owners are recommended to bring paw shoes for your dogs.
• Please bring own pets bed for your own pet**
• Equipments rented are strictly only for human usage NOT for pets especially beds, blanket, pillows, cutleries and utensils**
• Deposit will be forfeited for any damage and complain caused.

Amendments, Cancellation and Refund Policies

• 50% will be refunded if cancellation is made (14) Days prior to the check in date.
• No refund if cancellation is less than (14) Days prior to the check in date.
• Rescheduling is permitted (14) Days prior to the check in date.
• Rescheduling is only allowed once per booking and is non-refundable after the rescheduled date.

Had a 3 days 2 nights stay at One Ground for Pawlidays event. Place was perfect and clean. Weather is cooling and we and our furry pets enjoy the facilities so much. Big area for pets and children to explore. Toilets are clean and all equip with water heater. They have all the equipments for cooking or steamboat. Walking distance to their famous night market. You can get all the fresh vege you need for your steamboat.

This is my second time camping solo @ One Ground. My first Camp was glamping, but this time I brought my own tent, and I was really excited and manage to set it all up as plan. However, things didn’t go exactly as planned – my new tent leaked in the heavy rain, and customer service informed me it wasn’t suitable for tropical rain and needed a flysheet. To make matters worse, the dorm tent I set up also leaking. Fortunately, the One Ground team was incredibly helpful. CO Ah Seng went out of his way to upgrade my tent, and the staffs even set it up for me in the rain. By dawn, everything was settled, and I could finally relax. The atmosphere at One Ground is fantastic. The staff are friendly, helpful, and I made a few friends along the way. I’ll definitely be back and plan to bring my daughter next time. The facilities are great too—clean toilets with hot water, and the Cameron night market is within walking distance. The only downside is some construction noise that starts around 7-8 am, but it didn’t disturb my sleep too much. Overall, One Ground is a wonderful place to camp. Thanks again to the amazing team for making my stay memorable!

I liked this place and would definitely go again if have chance, below are quick reasons to select this location and why I recommend it: (1) Safety is not an issue, because here you get full mobile signal and neighborhood have another camp site, also few small hotels, help is available easily if needed. This was most important for me and my family. (2) This is family friendly space because not too far from main commercial area but still calmer and peaceful. (3) Staff is super helpful and welcoming, they also keep ground camping area very clean. (4) Toilets are shared, but not discomforting, they are hygienic and very clean. (5) They have all the camping equipment with small and big tents options. (6) All cooking and bbq equipment are available for renting, not required to carry along. (7) If you want little more adventure, can sleep in the vehicle at parking spots, keep the vehicle windows slightly open for ventilation, cover windows for darker environment inside, and you are all set. (8) Advance booking recommended. (9) I know few more camping sites within Cameron highlands, but for me mobile network due to safety is most important so pick your destination accordingly. Foo Hin Kong

Pros: Great location for camping. Chilly and cool atmosphere where u can stay at campsite for whole day without getting sunburn. Cons: Construction area nearby and smokes coming from excavator spoilt the environment, even working until night. Hopefully future camper won’t have to endure what we experienced here once all the constructions finished. Overall: 8/10, very recommended for those like to camp.
