⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at Nature Haven Glamping! 🏕️🌿 The place is clean and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of activities to enjoy, making it a great place for kids to have fun while adults can slow down, relax and recharge. 🌳✨ A lovely getaway from the busy city life — perfect for families and quality time together. Highly recommended! 👍💚

The lead guest making the booking must be aged 18 or above at the time of booking
All guests must be aged 18 or above
Children are strictly under parental supervision
Nature Haven Glamping is a pet-friendly site

🏕️ Occupancy
Minimum 2 persons and maximum 5 persons per pod
Extra beds are chargeable and based on the size of the bed requested

⏰ Check-in & check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards
Early check-in is not allowed due to housekeeping schedules
Check-out is at 12:00 PM sharp
Late check-out is not available unless there's no other guest checking in on that particular day

📋 Site rules
This is a small and peaceful site—please respect your neighbors
Keep noise to a minimal and acceptable level
Please dispose of all your litter in the bins provided

⚠️ Important notice
If you are found to be in breach of any of these rules during your stay, we reserve the right to ask you and your group to leave the site immediately
No refunds will be given in such cases

Amendments, Cancellation and Refund Policies

❌ Cancellation and changes policy
In the event that you are unable to stay with us, we are not able to provide a refund or rearrange your booking
This includes situations like adverse weather conditions that may affect your travel

✅ Rearranging your booking
If you cancel at least 2 weeks before your original check-in date, we may be able to rearrange your stay
If your new dates fall into a different season, there may be a price difference to pay

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Transferring your booking
If you cancel within 2 weeks of check-in, you are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member
We will update the guest information accordingly

⚠️ Health-related cancellations
We do not offer refunds or date changes due to HMPV, covid-19, or related illnesses

If we need to cancel your stay for any reason, we will inform you and discuss alternative arrangements

We had a great first glamping experience with Nature Haven Glamping. Amenities included camp table, chairs, camp light, ice box and bed. Common facilities includes washroom with shampoo and hair dryer, kitchen with some pot, cups, bowl, basin near camp. There are also activities to keep kids entertained ie trampoline, pawning pond, pool with slide, chess, mahjong and karaoke. It is nice that BBQ pit and food is provided. Highly recommend to bring your own food and some utensil ie bowl, cup, folk, spoon. Margarine and honey are provided. There are also water dispenser around kitchen area. Washrooms are clean, bed is comfy, experience of BBQ under the starry night is just amazing!

Overall: A clean, family-friendly glamping campsite with excellent facilities and plenty of activities. While privacy and mobile coverage could be better, it's an excellent choice for a relaxing weekend getaway close to the city. Overall rating: 4.5/5.

Having fun here. The environment is very good and clean. The space for each campsite is big. The operator is very friendly. We also try shrimp fishing. There is also a campfire at night. The air is very cool at night. Will come again!

very good glamping spot ! have a lot of entertainment, chess bowling badminton soccer carrom and many more, and the pool with slide is so so best. the tent itself is very good, everything is perfect, very large mattress, i think its king and very much pillow. toilet and all very clean, all have hairdryer and very complete. the owner and staff is very helpful and friendly. i surely would come again.
