If you are looking for camping experience with modern comfort without being over luxurious, this is the place for you! The owner Kelvin was very attentive and responsive to all my enquiries prior to my arrival. The campsite provides modern comfort such as plug points in the tent, clean toilets with water heater and a mini kitchen for you to cook or store your food in a freezer. The office sells some snacks/instant noodles too so not to worry if you run out of food. I took the angel tent which cost RM330 per night (peak season price), but it comes with simple BBQ set for 2 pax. You can add a single mattress for RM50 or queen mattress for RM80. If you bring your own mattress, there will be a charge of RM20 per pax for the amenities usage, however no charges for kids below 6. Activities available includes swimming pool with water slide, trampoline, table tennis, badminton, mini bowling and a pond for prawning. Overall, I had a wonderful stay with my family and friends. Will definitely be back!

Children are strictly under parental supervision
Nature Haven Glamping is a pet-friendly site

🏕️ Occupancy
Minimum 2 persons and maximum 5 persons per pod
Extra beds are chargeable and based on the size of the bed requested

⏰ Check-in & check-out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards
Early check-in is not allowed due to housekeeping schedules
Check-out is at 12:00 PM sharp
Late check-out is not available unless there's no other guest checking in on that particular day

📋 Site rules
This is a small and peaceful site—please respect your neighbors
Keep noise to a minimal and acceptable level
Please dispose of all your litter in the bins provided

⚠️ Important notice
If you are found to be in breach of any of these rules during your stay, we reserve the right to ask you and your group to leave the site immediately
No refunds will be given in such cases

Amendments, Cancellation and Refund Policies

❌ Cancellation and changes policy
In the event that you are unable to stay with us, we are not able to provide a refund or rearrange your booking
This includes situations like adverse weather conditions that may affect your travel

✅ Rearranging your booking
If you cancel at least 2 weeks before your original check-in date, we may be able to rearrange your stay
If your new dates fall into a different season, there may be a price difference to pay

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Transferring your booking
If you cancel within 2 weeks of check-in, you are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member
We will update the guest information accordingly

⚠️ Health-related cancellations
We do not offer refunds or date changes due to HMPV, covid-19, or related illnesses

If we need to cancel your stay for any reason, we will inform you and discuss alternative arrangements

Wonderful campsite with lots of fun activities for all ages, including shrimp fishing, a trampoline, badminton court and even bowling. The toilets and showers are very clean, with good water pressure and water heaters, and the cool night temperature of around 20–22°C makes sleeping really comfortable. The campsite operators are very kind and helpful, and the whole place feels safe and welcoming for families and great for team building. Highly recommended! I took the campsite which come with 24hr plug point and washing basin. It's a great experience and will definitely come back again!

very good glamping spot ! have a lot of entertainment, chess bowling badminton soccer carrom and many more, and the pool with slide is so so best. the tent itself is very good, everything is perfect, very large mattress, i think its king and very much pillow. toilet and all very clean, all have hairdryer and very complete. the owner and staff is very helpful and friendly. i surely would come again.

Had a wonderful camping experience! The place is clean, peaceful, and very well maintained. The owner is super friendly and helpful — really goes out of the way to make guests feel comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a relaxing and enjoyable outdoor stay!

very worth glamping place to go with family. it provide ready spacious tent, comfortable mattress, blanket, pillow, electric extension, powerful fan, light, light bbq (dinner), clean toilet with water heater❤️.A lot facilities like not so deep swimming pool, safe for children, n etc. can go neaby has famous ikan bakar for lunch, & visit famous Sak Dato Broga Temple.
