I had a wonderful stay at Nature Escape Campsite and was truly satisfied with the experience. The owner, Jo, is extremely helpful, and his hospitality was superb. As a solo female camper, I felt safe, comfortable, and very well taken care of. The facilities are excellent. The toilets are clean, the campsite itself is well-maintained, and the overall layout is very pleasant. The river is crystal clear and adds so much to the peaceful atmosphere of the place. Booking Confirmation

* All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

Walk-in Guests

* Walk-ins are accepted subject to campsite availability.
* Advance booking is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.

No Day Trips or Picnic Visitors

Nature Escape Campsite is an exclusive overnight camping destination.

We do not allow:

* Day trips
* Picnic visitors
* Visitors without a confirmed booking

Only registered overnight guests are permitted inside the campsite.

2:00 PM onwards

Check-Out

Before 12:00 PM

Security Deposit

A refundable cash deposit of RM50 per lot/tent is required during check-in.

The deposit will be fully refunded during check-out provided:

* The campsite is left clean.
* No damage has been caused to campsite facilities or equipment.
* All campsite rules have been followed.

Late Check-Out

Late check-out is RM20 per hour, subject to lot availability.

If your camping lot has been booked by the next guest, you are required to vacate your camping lot by 12:00 PM.

After clearing your belongings, you are welcome to remain within the campsite compound and continue enjoying our common facilities, including the river area, until your departure.

A. Noise & Respect for Others

To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of Nature Escape:

Quiet Hours

During quiet hours:

* Music must be switched off.
* Conversations should be kept to a minimum.
* Please respect fellow campers who are resting.

Loud Equipment

The following are strictly prohibited at all times:

* Karaoke systems
* PA systems
* High-powered speakers
* Musical instruments that create excessive noise

Nature Escape is designed for guests who appreciate the sounds of nature.

B. Alcohol, Drugs & Prohibited Items

The following are strictly prohibited within the campsite:

* Illegal drugs
* Alcoholic beverages
* Pork and lard
* Any behaviour that disturbs other guests or threatens safety

Guests found violating these rules may be asked to leave the campsite immediately without any refund.

Please help us preserve our natural environment.

Guests are responsible for keeping their campsite clean throughout their stay.

Waste Disposal

* Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins.
* Separate waste where applicable.
* Do not litter anywhere within the campsite.

Protect Our River

Please DO NOT:

* Throw rubbish into the river.
* Pour cooking oil into the river.
* Dispose of soup, food waste, or chemicals into the river.

Use only the designated washing sinks and waste disposal areas.

Cleaning Charges

A RM50 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit if:

* Your campsite is left excessively dirty.
* Rubbish is scattered around your campsite.
* Cleaning beyond normal maintenance is required.

Please do not cut, damage, or collect trees, bamboo, or branches from the surrounding forest.

Children

Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when near or inside the river.

At Nature Escape Campsite Hulu Langat, every booking is carefully reserved and prepared in advance. Once a booking is confirmed, the selected camping lot is exclusively reserved for you and is no longer available for other guests.

To ensure fairness for all guests and to help us manage campsite availability efficiently, the following Cancellation, Amendment & Refund Policy applies.

1. More Than 21 Days Before Check-In

If you cancel your booking more than twenty-one (21) days before your scheduled check-in date, you may choose one of the following options:

* 100% refund of the booking amount; or
* One-time complimentary rescheduling to another available date (subject to campsite availability).

2. Between 7 and 21 Days Before Check-In

If you cancel your booking between seven (7) and twenty-one (21) days before your scheduled check-in date:

* Your booking is non-refundable.
* However, you are entitled to one-time complimentary rescheduling, subject to campsite availability.

The rescheduled booking must be confirmed with our management and is subject to available camping lots.

3. Less Than 7 Days Before Check-In

Cancellations, amendments, or requests to reschedule made less than seven (7) days before your scheduled check-in date are:

* Non-refundable
* Not eligible for rescheduling

4. No-Show

Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be considered a No-Show.

For No-Show bookings:

* No refund will be provided.
* The booking cannot be rescheduled.
* The campsite reserves the right to release the reserved lot after the scheduled check-in period.


5. Rescheduling Policy

However, if Nature Escape Campsite determines that conditions are unsafe due to severe weather, flooding, or any event that poses a safety risk, management may, at its sole discretion, offer a reschedule or another appropriate solution.

7. Force Majeure

Nature Escape Campsite shall not be held responsible for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

* Natural disasters
* Floods
* Landslides
* Government restrictions
* Public emergencies

In such situations, any refund or rescheduling arrangements will be at the sole discretion of the campsite management.


8. Final Decision

Nature Escape Campsite reserves the right to review each case individually where exceptional circumstances arise.

All decisions made by the campsite management regarding cancellations, amendments, refunds, and rescheduling are final.

We had a wonderful time glamping at Nature Escape Campsite, staying at the River Deck. Imagine falling asleep to the soothing sound of the flowing river and enjoying the calm breeze throughout the day. We loved brewing our morning coffee and doing some light grilling on the electric grillers (yes, there are plenty of power plugs available!), so you don’t need to go full hardcore camping to enjoy the experience. Everything was thoughtfully arranged. The washing sink is conveniently located right next to the deck with direct access to clean water. The toilets are decent and manageable. The bonfire area is well-equipped with camping chairs that you can move around comfortably. Quiet hours start at 12 midnight, which is actually quite reasonable and still allows plenty of time to mingle and enjoy the evening with friends. We were warmly greeted by Joe and his partner, who were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very comfortable. With only five River Decks and fewer than ten camping spots, the campsite feels private and intimate. The best part is definitely the easy access to the beautiful, clean river. We truly enjoyed our short stay and are already looking forward to visiting again in the future. ♥️😎

We finally did our little camping escape and it turned out to be such a good time. The deck was awesome and place was peaceful, clean, and very family friendly. Facilities were already decent and they are currently building more toilets which is honestly a big plus for future campers. The host, Joe was friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely a spot we would come back to again 🌿 Keep it up!!
