Rules and Guidelines

1. CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES:
Check-in time 2:00 pm
Check-out time: 12:00 pm
Early check in and late check-outs must be approved in advance.

2. CANCELLATION/POSTPONE AND REFUND POLICY:
Full Refund (100%): If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before your scheduled check-in date, you will receive a full refund, minus a 15% management fee.
Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made between 7 days and 3 days before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a 50% refund, minus a 15% management fee.
No Refund (0%): Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled check-in date.We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but our refund policy allows us to maintain our campground efficiently. 
The 15% Management fee on refunds covers administrative costs. If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible.

3. Quiet Hours
Please respect your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

4. Pets
Pets are welcome except dog/pigs (sorry for inconvinent purposes)
Clean up after your pets and dispose of waste properly.

5. Waste Disposal
Please dispose of all trash in designated bins.
Recycling is encouraged; use appropriate bins for recyclables.

6. Wildlife
Do not feed wildlife.
Store food securely to avoid attracting animals.

7. Site Maintenance
Keep your campsite clean and tidy.
Do not alter the natural landscape (no digging, cutting trees, etc.).

8. Safety Regulations
Firearms and fireworks are prohibited.
Alcohol & pork is prohibited in campsite.

9. Parking
Only park in designated areas.
Do not block access roads or pathways.

10. Respect for Others
Be respectful of fellow campers and their space.
No harassment or disruptive behavior will be tolerated.

11. Emergency Procedures
Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures.
Report any emergencies to campsite staff immediately.

12. Activities
All activities must comply with local laws and campsite policies.
Swimming is under parents supervise in designated areas

This place is quite deep. But when you get there you feel very calm.. we take site 10. Privacy site because it is far from the others. Bright night with many lights. So don't feel afraid if you want to go to the toilet alone at 2-3 in the morning.. swimming pool is best. There is a life jacket for the little children.. the best thing is that the site we took it has its own sink.. it is very easy to wash.. I give the overalls 5 stars. And God willing will repeat again

There is a beautiful landscape swimming pool and a safe and clean campsite. The waiters have good attitude and good service👍👍

1st time: An interesting camping place with a swimming pool. Clean. Friendly CO. The access road is a bit steep but still passable. 2nd time: Update for old cars, auto & cvt, you can't miss it. Our friend is stranded at the bottom of SAGA. There are those who don't dare to take the car up, they have to go up on foot to look for the CO because they can't call. Maxis telco line is lukewarm, others are not sure. But the campsite is still worth repeating. Facilities: Night light, paid plug point, foreign toilet (4 units), bath tub, kitchen, spacious pantry, plenty of sinks.
