• Check-in time: after 2:00pm
• Check-out time: before 2:00pm
• If the day before or after doesn't have any guest, you can check-in or check-out anytime

1. Respect Quiet Hours:
   ‣ Maintain silence from 10 PM to 7 AM.
   ‣ Avoid loud noises and music during these hours.

2. Fire Safety:
   ‣ Only use designated fire pits.
   ‣ Never leave a fire unattended.
   ‣ Completely extinguish fires before leaving or sleeping.
   ‣ Follow any fire bans or restrictions.

3. Leave No Trace:
   ‣ Pack out all trash, including food scraps.
   ‣ Recycle where possible.
   ‣ Do not disturb wildlife or plants.

4. Camp within Boundaries:
   ‣ Set up tents and equipment only in designated areas.
   ‣ Do not encroach on other campers' space.

5. Respect Facilities:
   ‣ Keep restrooms and showers clean.
   ‣ Report any maintenance issues to camp staff.

6. Water Use:
   ‣ Use water sparingly and avoid waste.
   ‣ Do not wash dishes or clothes in natural water sources.

7. Wildlife Safety:
   ‣ Store food securely to prevent attracting animals.
   ‣ Do not feed wildlife.

8. Vehicle Use:
   ‣ Drive only on designated roads and parking areas.
   ‣ Observe speed limits within the campground.
   ‣ Minimize use of vehicles to reduce noise and pollution.

9. Group Etiquette:
   ‣ Be considerate of other campers.
   ‣ Supervise children and ensure they follow camp rules.

10. Respect Nature:
   ‣ Do not cut or damage trees and plants.
   ‣ Use biodegradable products whenever possible.

11. Emergency Procedures:
   ‣ Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures.
   ‣ Know the location of the nearest first aid kit and fire extinguisher.
   ‣ Report any emergencies to camp staff immediately.

Amendments, Cancellation and Refund Policies

• 50% will be refunded if cancellation is made (7) Days prior to the check in date.
• NO REFUND if cancellation is done less than (7) Days prior to the check in date. 
• Refund processing fee - RM10, will be charged.
• Rescheduling is only allowed if requested at least 7 days before the booking date and is subject to availability, Requests made less than 7 days in advance will not be accepted. 
• Rescheduling is ONLY ALLOWED ONCE per booking and is non-refundable after the rescheduled date.
