1. Camping Lot Fee
2. Entry Permit Fee (per person)

Before making payment, ensure you’ve added the entry permit to your booking.
Bookings without the permit payment will not be confirmed by Jiwacamp Management.

By entering the campsite, visitors agree to abide by all rules and regulations outlined below. These rules are in place to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all.

🧍 General Conduct
• Visitors are responsible for their own behavior and that of all members in their group.
• Respect boundary lines. Do not encroach into neighboring plots, even with ropes or personal items.
• Keep your campsite clean and free from litter. Dispose of trash only at designated disposal points.
• No damaging, removing, or disturbing trees, plants, or wildlife.
• Firearms, weapons, and pets are strictly not allowed.

🔇 Noise & Quiet Hours
• Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
   ‣ If you are camping with young children, please calm inconsolable children in your car to avoid disturbing others at night.
• Strictly prohibited:
   ‣ Karaoke systems
   ‣ Loud music speakers
   ‣ Hailers or PA systems (unless your group has booked the entire campsite)
• Playing guitar and singing is allowed, but please be considerate of fellow campers.

🔌 Electricity Usage
• Electricity is powered by petrol generator (except for Manta Bay), available from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM only.
• Allowed: Charging of mobile phones, laptops (under 150W).
• Strictly prohibited: Use of electrical items over 150W such as:
   ‣ Rice cookers
   ‣ Electric stoves or grills
   ‣ Irons / ironing boards
• ⚠️ Penalty for misuse: RM500 fine

🔥 Fire Safety
• Open fires are only allowed in designated fire pits.
• No ground fires or unauthorized burning permitted.

🚫 Restricted Movement
• No in/out movement between 6:00 PM to 9:00 AM. The main gate will be locked during these hours for safety.

🚻 Toilets & Changing Areas
• Use the toilet or personal potty inside your tent — Do not urinate on the sand or floor.
• Please keep shared facilities clean and hygienic for all campers.

Amendments, Cancellation and Refund Policies

If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from proceeding with your camping trip, you may contact the Camp Operator (CO) to request a date postponement.

• Postponement is only allowed once, and must be within the same calendar year.
•❗Please note: We do not offer refunds. Only date changes are permitted.

In certain situations, the CO may cancel your booking for safety or comfort reasons (e.g., weather, site conditions). In such cases, you will be invited to select a new date for your camping trip.

Had a wonderful stay at Jiwacamp. The campsite is set against a beautiful seaview, and the sunrise was absolutely breathtaking ! Plenty of activities to enjoy..crab catching, fishing, and ATV rides, such a fun spot for both families and friends. The facilities are well-maintained, especially the clean toilets, which added a lot of comfort to the camping experience. At night, the atmosphere was cool and refreshing, perfect for relaxing after a day full of activities. What truly made this trip special was the staff, especially Rizal. He is incredibly friendly, approachable, hardworking, and an excellent multitasker. Rizal went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt welcomed throughout our stay. His genuine hospitality is what sets Jiwacamp apart. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing yet activity-filled camping experience with warm and outstanding service !!

We came for their cafe but it was closed. The location is a bit confusing to find but the place itself is a hidden gem! Beautiful campsite, beautiful cafe, beautiful beach. Worth finding!
