Welcome to Jelara Stay 🌿⛺ – a wild camping experience. By entering or staying at our campsite, you agree to the following:

1. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time: 9:00 AM
Check-out time: 5:00 PM
Please respect these times to ensure smooth space sharing for all campers.

2. Quiet Hours
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Keep noise to a minimum so everyone can enjoy a peaceful night.

3. Safety & Responsibility
Camp at your own risk. Jelara Stay is not liable for injury, loss, or damage.
Watch your step, especially during wet or dark conditions.
Children must be supervised at all times.

4. Campsite Rules
Respect nature: no littering, no cutting trees, no disturbing wildlife.
Fires only in designated spots. Always put out completely before leaving.
Alcohol, drugs, and illegal activities are not allowed.
Be considerate of other campers – share space respectfully.

5. Facilities
Wild camping concept: no utilities (water, electricity, Wi-Fi) provided.
Good news: strong mobile network coverage is available, so you’ll stay connected if needed.
Bring your own gear, lighting, and essentials.

6. Weather & Conditions
Camping is subject to natural weather.
No refunds for weather disruptions. Please come prepared for rain, mud, and the outdoors.

We know plans can change, so here’s how it works at Jelara Stay:

✨ Changing Your Dates
Need to shift your adventure? No problem — just let us know at least 7 days before check-in, and we’ll help adjust your booking (subject to availability).

✨ Cancelling Your Stay
Cancel 7 days or more before check-in → Full refund.
Cancel less than 7 days before check-in → Sorry, no refund (we’ve already prepared the spot for you!).

✨ No Shows / Early Check-Outs
If you don’t show up or leave earlier than planned, refunds won’t apply.

✨ All refunds will be processed accordingly.
