Ijam campsite is definitely one in my top list campsite now (3d2n review) 1) accessible by normal car (lowered kangkang cannot la) 2) can pop up your tent next to your car 3) clean shower and toilet 4) friendly and responsive C.O 5) river ecosystem is great. Not many man-made structures. (Suitable for kids and adults) 6) catching fish and shrimps is a plus activity (tengas, tebal sisik, wild betta, channa and a lot of shrimps - bring your portable air pump and net) 7) rubbish taken out daily by management ❌ No plug point at provided, only emergency plug point at surau from 7pm to 7am. ❌ No signal for other telco provider except celcom. • Wear modest clothing when swimming in the river.
• Swimsuits/bikini for men or women are not allowed at the campsite.
• No alcoholic drinks or drugs allowed at the campsite.
• No non-halal food allowed at the campsite.
• Camping is only allowed for Muslims.
• Couples staying together must be married

Amendments, Cancellation and Refund Policies

Canceling bookings is not allowed at all, but you can change the date to another, even for the following year. There is no expiration date.

There are several camping site along the river owned by different people. Ijam Campsite is one of them. Access by sedan car is possible, and you can pop-up your tent next to the car park or on the other side of the river. Basic facilities are sufficient of you are not the fussy type.

The campsite is kids friendly, the river water is not deep and not rushing, clean. It's fun for the kids to catch fish and shrimp. Clean toilets. There are sinks near each site. Cold nights! Overall satisfied, can repeat again.

Best experience ever. The campsite is organized and the sites are all by the river. Very clean and well maintained. CO and his wife are friendly and kind. Ijam campsite will always be our family's number 1 choice.
