• Keep yourself and your family safe. All accidents are your own responsibility, management will not responsible for any accident or loss of property at this campsite.
• Be careful with your personal behavior and equipment
• Pls be careful with the equipment rented or equipment stuff that management prepare for all guest, any damage is the responsibility of the rental & guest that stay at the unit.
• -Excessive power electrical equipment is prohibited.
• Don't washing dishes and bowl in the sink in the toilet and in the tent other than the places provided
• Don't throwing a women's pad in the toilet hole.
• Pls manage your garbage well dispose of garbage in the bin provided
• If you are found to have violated the rules, management has the right to take action against you for the comfort of other campers.

Amendments, Cancellation and Refund Policies

📌Please be reminded that HRF Management Will Collect For Security & cleanliness deposit to guarantee the safety of goods and facilities provided by HRF Management. ( Pay To HRF Management)
📌 Please be reminded that the Security & cleanliness deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out, once a cleanliness inspection has been completed
📌 If you are unable to attend on your booking date, please inform us at least 3 days before the reserved date
📌 You can postpone your booking to within 60 days from the original booking date. However, if no new booking is made within 60 days, the payment will be forfeited and cannot be claimed back
📌 Once full payment is made, you are deemed to have automatically agreed to the terms and conditions of staying at our glamping site
