A very good and well-maintained campsite! The place is neat and clean and it’s pet-friendly ….our fur kid had such a fun time running and playing around the campsite. Toilets are clean and there’s even a fridge provided which is super convenient for campers. Their homemade ice cream is really nice too! My EcoFlow battery suddenly ran out luckily there were charging sockets at the common area otherwise I would have had a tough time! Really appreciate that facility. Overall a great place to relax and enjoy nature. Definitely worth coming!

About GLO Durian Farm & Camp

We cultivate and grow durian in Kampung Sungai Dua, Bentong, Pahang as our prime activity. We grow mainly Musang King, Black Thorn and D24. GLO (GL Orchard) is named after our lovely mother’s first name. It is our intention to express gratitude for her selflessness and grace in nurturing the family in this lifetime. We thought it apt, as her labour of love resonates well with the effort required to nurture and care for the farm.

Our passion in agriculture started from our younger days. Through adulthood, we were busy with our full-time jobs and were unable to indulge in this passion. But it was always close to heart. When the opportunity came to own and manage a durian farm, we took a leap of faith and the journey has been nothing less than amazing. Simply priceless.

Nurturing and caring for the durian trees is not a walk in the park. The learning curve is steep; from getting the right fertilisation formula, surviving the unpredictable weather pattern to managing workers at the farm. But collectively as a family, we gathered strength and resources, formed a long-term view and never looked back.

We started GLO campsite from 2022. We call it semi-wild. We are not yet connected to the grid. So, we are fully renewable. All visitors and campers bring their own source of electricity and power. And it's amazing to observe how resourceful they all are. And fully living a world of basic and completely carefree and happy. It is a joy to watch kids going around the farm without their iphone, ipads or androids and just BE; like the good old days.

We are very proud of what we have achieved thus far. The learning curve is steep. But nothing is impossible. Never say never, is our motto. We stay strong as a team and family and we are doing our best to bring you what we believe eco agro-tourism is. Stay tuned.

Rules and Guidelines

1. Check-in at 12-2 noon.  Check-out at 11 am. 
2. Please keep the campsite area clean. 
3. Please park only at the designated area.
4. Campfire is only allowed at the designated area. Only portable stove racks and casserole stoves allowed to use nearby the tent. It is strictly forbidden to cook on open fire at the campsite.
5. No fireworks at farm area.
6. Loud noises are prohibited from 12 midnight to  6 am. 
7. Small pets are allowed in the farm. Pet owners are responsible for their pets.
8. We will collect RM 50 rubbish deposit per tent, once camp area is clean and rubbish is clear out from camp area, we will return the deposit.   
9. Farm ponds are closed to the public. 
10. Durian picking is prohibited. Shall you need to purchase our farm fruit, please contact camp owner.
11. No outsiders or visitors allowed to enter or visit campsite without booking confirmations. The main gate entrance will be closed after 8p.m, opened at 8 a.m.

1. Cancellation is allowed a week before the visit. 
2. For a rescheduled date, please get in touch with the camp owner in advance.

We had an amazing time at GLO Durian Farm! 🌳✨ The location is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature — waking up to the morning mist and birdsong was simply magical. The campsite area is clean and well-organized, with flat gravel lots that make pitching tents super easy. The staff were friendly and helpful from the start, and the facilities (toilets, water points, parking) were well-maintained. The atmosphere at night was cozy, with warm lights and a relaxing vibe all around. We cooked our own meals while enjoying the breathtaking hilltop view — unforgettable! 🍳🍲 And of course, the durians were fresh, creamy, and absolutely delicious! 🥰 The perfect reward after a night of camping. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing nature escape with friends or family. We’ll definitely be back again!

A super well-maintained campsite with friendly staff! My first solo camping went so well staff were super helpful and the place felt really safe. Brought my dog along too, and he had so much fun playing with the other dogs 🐕

We made a very last-minute decision to spend our New Year’s Eve countdown at this campsite, and it turned out to be such a great choice! The CO and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. As a lovely surprise, they even prepared a New Year goodie bag for us. That was such a thoughtful gesture that really made our stay extra special. This is a non-powered and very clean campsite. We stayed at Lot C7. You can charge your devices a/powerbanks at the common area. The lot comes with a very nice view and is quite shaded at certain times of the day. It would be even better if there were bigger trees for more coverage, but overall it was still very comfortable during our stay there due to the cloudy weather. Cars can be parked next to the lot, as long as you’re prepared to move them if other campers need leave during check-out. The bathroom and washing area are just a short walk away. One small improvement point would be that the lighting at the wash area is a bit dim at night. We had to rely on an extra torchlight when we were doing our dishes. We also happened to visit during durian season, and the CO even asked us in the morning if we wanted durians. They offered to reserve some for us! The durians were excellent quality, and we ended up packing some home because they were just that good. Maxis line was quite strong at the campsite, if I recall correctly. The drive up was also quite exciting, so be mentally prepared, for some of the more faint-hearted. Very important tip: follow the Waze directions shared by the CO and don’t rely on Google Maps, otherwise, you might end up at the wrong spot, speaking from experience :)

Recommended for seasoned drivers of reasonable powered sedan, but best with a 4x4 /suv We had a great time at this campsite. We arrived at noon, I was told it was raining in the morning. CO already sent a route guide to enter. The road leading in were a bit off-road, don't come in with a lowered car. We went in with a normal Toyota sedan, there were a few muddy spot with puddle of water, it is a one-car lane with occasional empty spot at the side for you to stop in case there is on coming traffic, so be nice to reverse if you are nearer to any empty spot. Then we came to a slope, though it is a cemented pavement, there was water flowing down from uphill as the rain just stopped a few hours before our arrival. The slops is probably 20-30degree and can be pretty narrow at certain corners. Recommended for Experienced drivers only. But luckily, we got up there, with a good engine push, and safely landed at our lot. Attached video showed our way out, which was a dry day. I under estimated the size of the lot but co was kind enough to let us have a bigger lot since we were the only one there that night. The view is marvellous, mountain view with alot of trees and farms. The toilets were very clean and nicely renovated. Area at camping lot is not lighted, hence bring your own torch and mozzie spray. The toilets are powered by solar lights. At night, enjoy the cool breeze and "sound of music" by the frogs/toads. Loads of them. No electricity at camp lot, but you can charge your phones or power bank at the common area. There are ice cubes, frozen durian and popsicles for sale too. We ordered some fresh d24 that night. Overall, I give 5 stars to the campsite however have to remove 1 star for the roads to the campsite. Thank you co for the great hospitality and the great maintenance of the place. May your durian business prosper and campsite becomes very popular soon!
