It is located close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful nature, creating a calm and refreshing atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable throughout my stay. The activities were super fun and well organized by the Enchant team. They made everyone feel involved and ensured we had a great time. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would definitely recommend this retreat to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

• Fire safety: Only BBQ at designated pits, and fully extinguish fires before leaving.
• Secure your belongings; management is not responsible for lost items.

Amendments, Cancellation and Refund Policies

We understand that plans can change, so we’ve designed a flexible yet fair policy to ensure a smooth experience for both guests and our team.

🔄 Amendment Policy (Reschedule / Change of Dates)
✔ Amendments are allowed at least 7 days before check-in, subject to availability.
✔ Date changes can be made once per booking. Additional changes will incur a 10% admin fee.
✔ Any reschedule requests within 7 days of check-in will be treated as a cancellation.

🚫 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made:
❌ More than 14 days before check-in – Eligible for a full refund (minus a RM20 admin fee).
❌ 7 to 14 days before check-in – 50% refund of total booking value.
❌ Less than 7 days before check-in – No refund (due to preparation & opportunity costs).
💰 No-Show & Early Check-Out
❌ No refund for no-shows or early departures.

✔ Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 working days.
✔ In case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests can reschedule their stay without penalty.

Who Wants To Know

I had a wonderful stay at Enchant Telok Melano. The location is far but strategic, yet it offers plenty of privacy, making it the perfect place to unwind. The beach is literally just steps away from the accommodation, which is a huge plus. We stayed in the 4-person dorm, and it was surprisingly spacious with comfortable beds. It’s an ideal place for anyone looking to recharge, enjoy a peaceful retreat, or simply escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The beach is clean, with crystal clear turquoise water (reminds me of phuket's beaches) that makes the whole experience even more relaxing. The staff were also friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. First, I noticed that most of the hammock ropes are already worn out and look quite fragile. I hope the management will prioritize guest safety by replacing them with stronger and more durable ropes. Secondly, while I understand that breakfast is complimentary and meant to be simple, I think it could offer a bit more variety. Serving only bread, sausages, and scrambled eggs feels quite limited. Adding simple options like fried noodles or nasi lemak would make a big difference. It would also be great if breakfast could start a little earlier instead of 8:00 AM. Overall, Enchant Telok Melano has great potential to become an even better getaway destination. With a few improvements, I’m sure it will provide an even more memorable experience for future guests.

The beach deserves a special mention. it is spotless, well-maintained, and one of the cleanest beaches I’ve visited. Whether you’re enjoying the sunrise, taking a leisurely walk, or simply listening to the sound of the waves, it’s pure therapy for the soul. The facilities are excellent, clean, and thoughtfully designed to make every guest feel comfortable. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding management and hospitality. The team is warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making every guest feel welcome. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and experience exceptional service, Enchanted Lagoon is definitely worth visiting. This is more than just a stay—it’s an experience that leaves you feeling refreshed and wanting to come back again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The place was beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature 😍 The glamping tents were super cozy, the vibes were chill, and the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had lots of laughter, games, and bonding moments together 🫶🔥 It was the perfect mix of bonding, teamwork, and relaxation! ✨ Big thanks to EnChant Retreat & Glamping Telok Melano for the warm hospitality and making our team building such a memorable one! Booked forest couple tent for 3 days 2 night. Honestly and surprisingly this place was very nice as what as it shown and suitable for a short getaway. The room was clean and have a nice smell 😊. Service crew friendly and humble, definitely will come again ❤️.
