I stayed at Enchant Retreat & Glamping for 3 days and 2 nights with my team for our Kursus Pemerkasaan MPP UNIMAS, and it was honestly such an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the serene atmosphere of the place. the beach was absolutely stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset. The facilities were all in great condition. Even though we were informed that the water pipes were under upgrading, we didn’t face any water shortage at all throughout our stay. There was a minor electricity issue at one point, but it was resolved in less than 10 minutes, which shows how efficient and attentive the staff are. A huge shoutout to Clement, who assisted us from the very beginning of our planning until the end of the stay. His professionalism, friendliness, and constant support made everything run smoothly. Thanks to him, our course turned out to be a great success! Would definitely recommend this place for group retreats, team-building activities, or even a peaceful weekend getaway. We’ve made so many beautiful memories here, and I’d love to come back again soon!

• Preserve the environment—no littering, and dispose of waste properly.

• Use water & electricity wisely; ETM runs on solar hybrid power.
• Fire safety: Only BBQ at designated pits, and fully extinguish fires before leaving.
• Secure your belongings; management is not responsible for lost items.

We understand that plans can change, so we’ve designed a flexible yet fair policy to ensure a smooth experience for both guests and our team.

🔄 Amendment Policy (Reschedule / Change of Dates)
✔ Amendments are allowed at least 7 days before check-in, subject to availability.
✔ Date changes can be made once per booking. Additional changes will incur a 10% admin fee.
✔ Any reschedule requests within 7 days of check-in will be treated as a cancellation.

🚫 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made:
❌ More than 14 days before check-in – Eligible for a full refund (minus a RM20 admin fee).
❌ 7 to 14 days before check-in – 50% refund of total booking value.
❌ Less than 7 days before check-in – No refund (due to preparation & opportunity costs).
💰 No-Show & Early Check-Out
❌ No refund for no-shows or early departures.

✔ Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 working days.
✔ In case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests can reschedule their stay without penalty.

Our staycation here was truly wonderful and full of beautiful memories. The place is so pretty and peaceful, just a short walk away from the beach — perfect for some quiet time and family bonding. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with such warmth and friendliness. They were always ready to help and made us feel right at home. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. I especially love how well-maintained the facilities were — everything felt so comfortable and convenient. My son had the best time running around, playing by the beach, and enjoying the fresh sea breeze. Seeing his happy face made the whole trip even more special for me. It’s not just about the place, but also the feeling — calm, safe, and filled with love. Sometimes as a mom, all we need is a little escape where we can relax and watch our child explore happily. This staycation gave us exactly that. 🌊💖 Thank you to the team for making our stay so pleasant. We’ll definitely come back again for another little family getaway! 🌺

went there on new year with my family and aunt's family. i think 2 weeks before the stay, one of the family tent that we booked went under renovation and they upgraded it to family dome. the facilities and everything is so nice, further more when we stayed there, i think only our family and 1 other group that is staying so it was nice to kinda have that place to yourself hehe. one thing tho, the bathroom does not comes with hot water, so if ngam2 musim hujan like we do last time, the shower will be super super cold! even the dome does not comes with water heater (for showering, not electric kettle ya. they do provide electric kettle and coffees and teas!) so keep that in mind for those who are used to shower with hot water. oh ya, since we booked 2 family tent (1 later change to family dome) and 1 couple tent, the walkway/pathway(?) to the couple tent that my brother was staying is SUPER super dark, which can be quiet dangerous and creepy >.

The place was beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature 😍 The glamping tents were super cozy, the vibes were chill, and the staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had lots of laughter, games, and bonding moments together 🫶🔥 It was the perfect mix of bonding, teamwork, and relaxation! ✨ Big thanks to EnChant Retreat & Glamping Telok Melano for the warm hospitality and making our team building such a memorable one! Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a chill getaway or a team retreat 💫

EnChant Retreat & Glamping is truly a hidden gem in Telok Melano. The setting is breathtaking! You wake up to the sound of gentle waves, step outside to golden sand, and end the day under a sky full of stars. The tents are clean, cozy, and well-maintained, striking the perfect balance between comfort and the beauty of nature. What really makes the stay SPECIAL is the warm hospitality. LOVE the staff! They are genuinely friendly and attentive, always ready to help while still giving you space to enjoy the peace and quiet. The beach itself is calm and safe, making it a wonderful spot for families with kids as well as couples looking for a romantic escape. Facilities are well thought-out! You still have decent network coverage without losing the “off-grid” vibe. The bathroom for the dome can be quite irritating though cause of the collected water from the shower can splash out to the room. The only reason why I gave 4 out of 5 stars. However, everything else is perfect! 💙 If you love a mix of comfort and adventure, this is the place to slow down, recharge, and connect with nature. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a serene getaway in Sarawak. 🌊✨
