• Check-out: 11:00 AM

✅ Respect Nature & Others:
• Keep noise levels low, especially after 10:00 PM.
• Preserve the environment—no littering, and dispose of waste properly.
• Be mindful of wildlife; do not feed or disturb them.

✅ Safety & Sustainability:
• Use water & electricity wisely; ETM runs on solar hybrid power.
• Fire safety: Only BBQ at designated pits, and fully extinguish fires before leaving.
• Secure your belongings; management is not responsible for lost items.

✅ Enjoy Your Stay!
• Experience sunrise by the beach, jungle walks, and stargazing nights.
• Make use of private BBQ areas & common spaces to relax with friends and family.

❌ No single-use plastic (where possible)—help us keep Enchant eco-friendly!

Amendments, Cancellation and Refund Policies

We understand that plans can change, so we’ve designed a flexible yet fair policy to ensure a smooth experience for both guests and our team.

🔄 Amendment Policy (Reschedule / Change of Dates)
✔ Amendments are allowed at least 7 days before check-in, subject to availability.
✔ Date changes can be made once per booking. Additional changes will incur a 10% admin fee.
✔ Any reschedule requests within 7 days of check-in will be treated as a cancellation.

🚫 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made:
❌ More than 14 days before check-in – Eligible for a full refund (minus a RM20 admin fee).
❌ 7 to 14 days before check-in – 50% refund of total booking value.
❌ Less than 7 days before check-in – No refund (due to preparation & opportunity costs).
💰 No-Show & Early Check-Out
❌ No refund for no-shows or early departures.

📢 Important Notes:
✔ Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 working days.
✔ In case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests can reschedule their stay without penalty.
✔ Enchant Telok Melano reserves the right to make changes to this policy as necessary.

If you’re looking for the perfect beachside escape, Enchant Retreat & Glamping delivers an unforgettable experience. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with warm hospitality and breathtaking ocean views that instantly set the tone for relaxation.

The place is very large. Theres three campsite you can choose. The first one is a tent located inside jungle. Those who enjoys being in the wild will love it. Theres also campfire site for barbeque. The benefits of this are you could enjoy the cool breeze and fresh air while watching the stars on night. The second one is a igloo lookalike tent. Its not that big but it is still spacious for putting stuff. Theres not much to say about it but it is overall a decent campsite for people to stay. Last but not least is a one story igloo lookalike camp. Inside the camp you could open and close the curtain. Theres also a campfire site below the platform of the house. The benefits of staying in there is you could enjoy the view of the beach inside the tent. Not to mention, all the campsite has been provided with a toilet and shower. Theres also aircond for every single campsite and electric for electric appliances. Overall, i recommend to stay the night there when you are out of idea from which place to go for a family trip or just enjoying life.

Such an amazing and wonderful experience to stay here. The place is amazing, close to nature, and is viewing directly to telok melano beach. The beach is clean and a perfect getaway for family with kids. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Will stay here again! Thanks for the excellent service EnChant ❤️
