1. Force Majeure (Act of God) Clause
• Ecotree Camp is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by unforeseen events, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, forestry department or other acts of God. In such cases, we may offer a rescheduling option based on availability.

2. Check-In and Check-Out
• Check-in time: 1 pm | Check-out time: 12 pm
• Early check-in or late check-out are allowed subject to lot availability. No additional fees.

3. Camping Equipment and Facilities
• For campers who bring their own equipment, please ensure it is in safe, usable condition.
• Plug point sharing. Power electricity by generator from 7pm-7am only. For light usage and please bring your own long extension. Recommended 10meters.
• Ecotree Camp provides basic amenities (toilets, plug points, sinks, etc.) but does not take responsibility for equipment malfunction or weather-related inconveniences.

4. Waste Disposal Policy
• Please practice Leave No Trace principles and ensure your campsite is clean before departure. 
• Campers are required to manage and remove all waste from the campsite at the end of their stay. We encourage everyone to bring necessary disposal bags to ensure all personal waste is properly handled.
• If campers are unable to take their waste with them, Ecotree Camp will provide waste disposal services for a fee. In such cases, a RM10 deduction will be made from the deposit for waste disposal.

5. Safety and Liability
• Guests are responsible for their own safety and must adhere to campsite rules at all times.
• Ecotree Camp is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

6. Environmental Responsibility
• Guests must respect the natural environment. Littering and disturbing wildlife are strictly prohibited.
• Fires are not permitted on ground areas, and campers must use own firepit. 
• Fishing is not permitted

7. Damage and Property Loss
• Guests are liable for any damage to campsite property caused by negligence or misuse.
• Lost or damaged items, including rented equipment, may incur additional charges.

8. Noise Policy
• Please respect fellow campers by keeping noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (11 pm – 7 am).

9. COVID-19 or Health Guidelines
• All guests must adhere to current health and safety guidelines. Ecotree Camp reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone showing symptoms of illness.

Amendments, Cancellation and Refund Policies

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund
• After 24 hours from the time of booking, all payments are non-refundable
• Changes to booking dates are not allowed. However, campers may resell their slot to other campers

Had a great 3 days 2 nights at Ecotree Camp @ Semungkis. This was my first visit. My friends brought me here since it was their second time. The campsite is amazing, surrounded by trees and running water. Surprisingly, there were very few mosquitoes and flies. I would describe it as a semi wild camping experience. Do not expect much from the facilities. The campsite is powered by a generator. There is no mobile signal or internet access during the day. From 7pm to 7am, you can connect to their Starlink WiFi. It was actually nice to take a break from the phone and be fully present with nature. The weather was really good. It gets cool in the evening, and it is safe enough for kids to play in the water. Since this is a semi wild site, I suggest bringing a foldable plastic bucket and some tools to help with water collection. Do not expect toilet paper or a water heater. I had a comfortable sleep. Took cold showers to stay fresh and we cooked our own food. One of the staff, Farid, was very helpful and kind. Found out he is a King Scout. Watched him make tea over firewood and toast bread using his own gear. It was a great experience. If you enjoy nature and a more rugged style of camping, this place is worth checking out. I would come back again.

Tapak 1 + Standard Package Cuci Kaki Tapak 1 is the first tapak from entrance, Standard Package comes complete with tent, mattress, fan, pillow, lamp, table, chairs and storage box The environment is very relaxing. Campsite is located at the most end of Sg Semungkis so you will not see many cars coming in and out River is quite shallow, some might not enjoy it Toilet facility is basic, can be quite dark at night. Water pressure is not that good Easy and fast check in and check out process. Affordable price

The deepest campsite along the Sungai Semungkis. River is calm and clean during our visit, and some obstacle course for kids. Facilities with limited time starlink wifi, toilet and bidet, no shower.

Bikepacked here from sungai Tekala, Semenyih. Not much mosquito surprisingly. Semi wild surrounded by forest. No cell coverage but that's the point to get away from all that nonsense
