1. Payments & additional charges
• Local service charge (CPT): RM3 per room or campsite per night (effective 1 January 2025 – Perak Hotel Regulations 2024)
• Additional charges apply for:
   ‣ Extra campsite guests: RM10 per adult
   ‣ Late check-out: RM10 per hour

2. Check-in / check-out time
• Chalet:
   ‣ Check-in: 2:00 PM
   ‣ Check-out: 12:00 PM
   ‣ Late check-out: RM10 per hour (prior notice required)
• Campsite:
   ‣ Low season: Flexible, as early as 9:00 AM
   ‣ High season / school holidays:
      ○ Check-in: 2:00 PM
      ○ Check-out: 12:00 PM

3. Guest responsibility
• Guests are fully responsible for the safety, behavior, cleanliness, and any damage caused by their group
• Compensation will be charged for any damage or vandalism
• Dusun Staycation is not responsible for:
   ‣ Loss or damage of personal belongings
   ‣ Bad weather or disruptions beyond our control
   ‣ Incorrect or incomplete information provided by guests

4. “Pack it in, pack it out” policy (waste management)
• No rubbish bins are provided. All trash must be taken out by guests
• If you prefer us to manage your trash:
   ‣ Trash deposit: RM30 (charged if the site is left unclean)
   ‣ Deposit will be refunded if the site is completely clean upon check-out
   ‣ Trash bags are available for purchase at RM1 per piece

5. Act of nature / force majeure
• Dusun Staycation is located in a natural environment. The management is not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, or incident caused by events beyond human control, including but not limited to:
   ‣ Falling branches, fruits, or trees. Parking under tree branches is strictly prohibited
   ‣ Storms, heavy rain, thunder, and lightning
   ‣ Flash floods, rising river levels, or sudden water surges
   ‣ Wildlife encounters or bites (snakes, insects, birds, etc.)
   ‣ Electrical faults, power outages, or road access disruptions
By making a booking, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of a natural setting and agree that the management cannot be held liable for any claims arising from these factors.

Amendments, Cancellation and Refund Policies

1. Booking
• Customers are responsible for all bookings made
• Booking details must be complete and accurate (dates, number of guests, type of accommodation)
• By making a booking, guests are deemed to have agreed to all Dusun Staycation policies

2. Cancellation & no-show
• Cancellation made 120 hours / 5 days before check-in: 100% deposit refund (admin fee of RM50 will be deducted)
• Cancellation made less than 120 hours / less than 5 days before check-in: deposit is non-refundable
• No-show or late arrival without notice: deposit will be fully forfeited
• If you expect to arrive late, please inform us immediately via WhatsApp at 011-5753 9322
• We are not responsible for any loss of payment due to last-minute cancellation or no-show

3. Rescheduling
• Rescheduling is allowed once only
• Rescheduling is not allowed within 48 hours before check-in
• Subject to new date availability and seasonal price changes

4. Cancellation by Dusun Staycation
• In the event of extreme weather, flooding, facility damage, or government directives, we reserve the right to cancel bookings
• Guests may choose to reschedule their stay without additional charges
