• Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the check-in date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date: No refund will be provided.
• No-shows or early check-outs are non-refundable.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 working days.

2. Amendment Policy
• Amendments to the booking (e.g., change of date, guest count, or accommodation type) are subject to availability.
• Amendments made 7 days or more before check-in may be allowed without additional charges, subject to price differences.
• Amendments made less than 7 days before check-in may incur a surcharge of 20% of the total booking value.
• Any changes requested on the check-in date will not be entertained.


3. Force Majeure
• In cases of natural disasters, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, guests may opt to reschedule their stay without penalty (subject to availability).

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Amendment
• All requests must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp with the booking details.
• The management reserves the right to review and approve amendments on a case-by-case basis.
