De Star Glamping staff and the person in charge were all very helpful and kind. The place is very well maintained, tidy, and family-friendly. The tents provided were clean and comfortable. It can get rather hot in the afternoon on sunny days, so you may want to drive out nearby for some cold drinks to cool down. The blankets provided are a little small, so it’s better to bring extra blankets, especially for younger kids or those who are sensitive to cold. They offer optional self-cook steamboat and breakfast at affordable prices, and the portions are generous. You can also borrow their BBQ pit, but do remember to bring your own ingredients, charcoal, and fire starter for the BBQ session. There’s a fridge and freezer available for guests to keep food and ingredients fresh. Lots of activities for kids too. Overall, it’s a fun and enjoyable place, especially for families with younger children.

• Be considerate of other campers (Quiet Time: 11pm to 7am).
•Common Area Hall will close by 10:30pm 
•All facilities must stop operating at 10:30pm
• The camper must not damage or remove any trees, plants, or wildfire.
• The camper must keep the campsite clean and free of litter.
• The camper is responsible for the conduct of all members of their party.
• Do not drive your car into camping area. Vehicle must be parked at designated parking spaces.
• Electricity only for limits, fans, mobile devices or laptop charging.
• No unregistered guest allowed.
• Own Tent Guest Check in time 2pm and Check out time 12pm. (Check out with CO)
• Glamping Guest Check in time 2pm and Check out 12pm
• No Pet Allowed
• Latest Check out time is 12.30pm, if exceed the check out time every 30mins will be charged for Rm30
• If any items belonging to the camp are damaged, the ORIGINAL PRICE MUST BE PAID.
•After playing the board games, Please tidy up and place it back.

1. No cancellation and refund.

2. Amendment (Change of Date)
 • Allowed once, with at least 14 days' notice before check-in.
 • Subject to availability.
 • New date must be within 3 months of the original booking.

3. Bad Weather / Natural Disaster
 • If the campsite is deemed unsafe, booking may be postponed to a later date (no refund).

4. No Refund for Early Check-out

It's a great place for kids and family bonding. My kids had great experience there and said they would like to go there again soon. They enjoyed fishing, swimming pool, feeding rabbit and some board games available. 1st glamping experience and the owners are very friendly and helpful too. However it is rather hot in the afternoon thus we will head out for cafe.. Suggest to go to rabbit fun land nearby where there are animal feeding activity too, my kids had fun over there and the tickets are reasonable.
