Such a relax, peace and quite place. And cheap some more! The a lot activities can be done with family and friends. BTW, kayaking is free ! Car park is so near with campsite area. Water pressure is so strong. A lot of pipe around which is so convenient. Got security who always come and check by time to time. Will repeat again for sure! Tq owner!

Camping here is the most relaxing. The mosque is right next door, and you can even walk to the restaurant (the roti canai is delicious). Booking is easy (online only). The toilets are comfortable, enough to accommodate campers. There is a swimming pool, you can kayak for free. You can fish until you get bruised, but there aren't many fish because the fish from outside enter the drainage. Luckily, I got a jackpot. Overall, the best and can be repeated. A message to campers, please KEEP CLEAN. Manage food waste properly.

There are many reviews for Campsite AKAL. Not many (or none? I didn't scroll all the way down) for the Academy itself. The road to the academy uses regular roads in Felda / villages, so if you have the option to bring a small car, bring a small car, not those big MPVs or pickup trucks. At the academy itself, there are not many places to shelter and sit. If there is an event here, please bring a mat, umbrella, healing chair, and so on. If the weather is hot, you can stand the heat. Close to the mosque. Useful for praying, resting, and using the toilet (there are toilets at the academy, but not all of them are allowed for visitors to use.) The mosque has 2 entrances but the parking space at the mosque is small, so again, a small car is better. There is parking at the academy, but if there is an event that uses parking, you may have to park across the street or on the side of the road. There are eateries nearby, don't worry if you want to eat. Otherwise, go to Gemencheh town which is only a 15-minute drive.
