Amazing campsite experience at CampRed! The place is very clean and well-maintained. The toilets are spotless and even have water heaters — a big plus for camping comfort! Patrick, the camp owner, is super friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location is beautiful, and there’s a lovely waterfall nearby that’s perfect for a short hike or just relaxing by the water. We had such a great time here and will definitely visit again! Highly recommend CampRed to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-kept camping spot.

1. Let's be courteous & respectful of all campers. Please observe silence from 11pm onwards. Number of campers need to be strictly below the #pax allowed per plot, and within assigned plot. CO reserves the right to cancel booking if this is rule is not adhered to. 

2. All cars must park at car park, except with permission from CO. Cars are allowed to drive up to Deluxe ramp, but only for offloading/loading time.  Safety at all times. 

3. Campers garbage to be taken back by camper. Camp RED collects organic waste (non-cooked food), plastics, metal cans for recycling. Rinse first before throwing in the correct place. Do not throw food waste down the sink.

4. Electricity available at shelter area for charging your devices. Please use responsibly. No extension to camping plots.   

5. We are in the forest. We have siamang gibbons that may come in the day and night-scavenging animals that may come at night. They are harmless, but please keep your food in covered containers and your garbage stored at night to avoid it strewn all over your camp the next morning.

6. Toilets: please remove your slippers and use the Camp RED slippers when entering. Turn off the heater when not in use, Ladies, do not flush sanitary pads down the toilet. 

7. The waterfall is for your enjoyment. Please know the danger of 'kepala air', especially during rainy days. Recognize the signs, and come out of the water and stay a safe distance if you see the signs of murky water, leaves and especially if the water levels rise. Time limit at waterfall is 6pm.

8. Camp RED is home to a variety of butterflies, insects and plants, trees etc. Please respect all wildlife. Do not catch/destroy the plants & insects at the campsite & along the trails. Please mind your children on this as well. 

9. Campfires are only allowed with permission from the caretaker/CO. NO BURNING ON OUR GRASS. Fires must be elevated from the ground, or in the designated fire pits. Embers and ashes must be cleared by campers before checkout.  

10. Camp RED has 4 mini trails that go around the camp grounds. They are and easy walk for adults and children. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Only daytime hikes are permitted, night walks only by CO or leader appointed by CO. 

11. We provide games/kids toys at the shelter. Parents, please ensure kids use them properly and not spoil them. Return them to the shelf once use. The swing is for light swinging, please mind yr kids to avoid accidents.

12. Chilled drinks and snacks available at the shelter. Payment are via QR only. Please ask assistance from caretaker or CO Patrick.  

13. We allow camping with pets , with prior notice & approval from campsite CO Patrick 012 377 1848

Amendments, Cancellation and Refund Policies

To Amend Booking Plot or Change Date, we adopt a Cancel & Rebook approach. 
Booking Cancellation : please WhatsApp to Escabee (check yr WhatsApp for your booking & reply there)
Cancellation Policy
• less RM50 admin & finance fee) : 15 days or more prior to the check-in date. 
• 30% refund  (less RM50 admin & finance fee) : 7-14days prior to the check-in date
• No refund for cancellations less than 7 days. 
• No refund for "No Show" cases.

Booking Amendment
• Amendments to bookings can only be made at least 10 days prior to the check-in date.
• Only 1 amendment allowed per booking

Been there about 5 times already and already booked my next trip for June. A fantastic place that offers privacy, all the necessary facilities like a well built shed where we can charge our appliances, and chill I'm case it gets too hot outside and a clean toilet/bathroom with heater. The water from the tanks are filtered, which means it is clean and drinkable. A plus point is Camp RED's own private waterfall just 5 minutes of a leisurely hike from the main campsite grounds. 👍

It was our very 1st camping experience and we're so happy to choose camp RED. This site is truly beginner friendly as there are still some level of comforts made available for the campers such as water heater in one of the shower rooms, plug points, fridge/freezer to store our meat, water heater for boiling water, mosquito spray which is free to use for everyone ( this was so helpful for us as we forgot to bring insext repellant) and cold drinks sold at the common area. The campsite was well maintained and very peaceful. We esp enjoyed the presence of the resident cat family and wished we could have brought treats for them. This will definitely not be our 1st and last camping at CampRed and we want to go back there again

Campsite is well equipped & very clean. Drinking water, BBQ pit, board games provided. Got water heater (but I preferred their cold water). That waterfall is dope. Don't mind their little bosses like fire ants & spiders. No complaints cause it's nature 😉
