About Camp Mantap

Hello campers! We are Camp Mantap, a quaint campsite located in Bentong, Pahang. Just about 1.5hours drive from Kuala Lumpur. We provide riverfront campsite rental nestled in a beautiful fruit orchard. Our vision is to create memorable outdoor experiences that inspire adventure, relaxation and companionship. Our natural river is shallow enough for children to play safely and the waters are crystal clear and cool, creating the perfect dip on a sunny afternoon. Memang Mantap!

Our facilities include:
• Plugpoint with 24hrs electrical supply for each campsite
• Firepit for each campsite
• Clean toilets with water heater for showers (shampoo & bodywash provided)
• Surau
• Within private area with 24hrs security, gravel road access
• Carpark just next to the campsites
• Washing area with detergent soap
• Swing, hammocks around the campsites
• Camp equipment rental services
• MIni Mart with firewood for sale
• Boardgames, carrom, cards & WiFi provided in the Hideout house

Rules and Guidelines

1. Be respectful to other campers, stay within your own campsite and do not intrude unless invited. Keep noises low after 11pm. Let's all enjoy camping together in a harmonious environment.
2. Please keep an eye on the weather. Sometimes mother nature can be harsh, do not enter the river during rainy days. Stay safe! During any weather emergency, make your way to the Hideout House. 
3. Help us keep the campsite clean. Dispose your rubbish in the rubbish bins provided and used canisters can be disposed off in the box at the Hideout House. We love nature, let's take good care of her by not littering.
4. Do not feed the animals, whether they are the wild ones or the cats (Makcik & her family) & our guard dog (Ipin). If you do, you will have to adopt them.
5. Prepare RM2 (cash) to be paid to the security guard for road and security maintenance when you enter into the campsite. This fee is valid for the whole day on the day of payment. 
6. Officially, check-in time is 2pm and check-out is at 12noon. However, early or late check-in/out is available if there are no back to back booking on the campsite.
7. Available telco services at the campsite is Digi & Celcom only. However, we provide free WiFi at the Hideout House if you are craving some connection with the outside world.

• 50% Refund (14 - 7 days)
• NO Refund (Less than 7 days)

Rescheduling
• Notice must be made more than 14 days before check-in date
• Validity - new date must be within 1 month from the current check-in date

Very clean camping site, have 8 unisex toilet with some water heater. Very nice river. Convenient shop available for drinks, ice cream and ice

Nice campsite located in durian orchard by the river, clean and calm place. River is suitable for my kids to play. Toilet is super clean with hot shower. Plug point 24hours for all camp. We have a fond memories of this campsite, making new friends and sudden heavy rain during packing my flysheet. My only suggestion is to add surau for Muslim to pray.

Absolutely Amazing Experience at Camp Mantap! We had an unforgettable stay at Camp Mantap in Bentong! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful atmosphere, stunning natural surroundings, and the thoughtful setup of the campsite. Nestled in the heart of the forest, the ambiance here is incredibly serene — perfect for relaxing, disconnecting from the busy world, and enjoying quality time with nature. The facilities were top-notch — clean, well-maintained, and clearly designed with campers’ comfort in mind. The tent setup was cozy and stylish, complete with warm lighting and outdoor seating that made evenings around the campfire magical. The team here is also super friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We loved waking up to the sound of birds and the fresh forest air. The nearby river and lush greenery added to the charm and made for great photo spots. This place truly lives up to its name — mantap indeed! Highly recommended for families, couples, or even solo adventurers looking for a unique and rejuvenating escape. We'll definitely be coming back again soon!

Love this camp. Undoubtedly one of our most memorable campsite. Road was quite stoney and bumpy for sedan nearing the campsite. CO greeted us upon arrival. Even updated us through whatsapp when electricity was down. We chatted with an elderly chinese uncle was very friendly and welcoming. He offered us mini banana too! Love that interaction. Facilities like toilets were clean and maintained daily. Which was much appreciated. Hope other future campers can help maintain the cleanliness and environment 🙏🏻 Memang mantap! Hope to be back with the same clean campsite as we first visited.
