Camp Adventure By The River

Jalan Berlian Utama, 44100 Kerling, Selangor, Malaysia

Great place to camp. CO was very friendly. Campsite was clean, have plug point at night. Clean toilet. At night, the campsite is a bit hot, so bring your own fan. River was clean and kids friendly. But there were some slippery stone in the river. The entrance road is a bit tough to enter. Staying at G1, the lot was big and enough for us to open around 5 tents plus 1 flysheet for common area. Some spot a bit slanted. As a conclusion, I have a good time staying here.

So glad to be back camping after the long puasa and raya break. We stayed at A2 riverside, loved hearing the rushing sound of the river. The CO was really friendly and helpful from the start. The river water was clear and cold, and my kids had a blast swimming. Just a few things that could be improved: 1) would be awesome if the CO could clear the dried leaves on both sides of the site, would feel a bit safer. 2) toilet and parking area are quite far if you’re staying by the riverside, so loading/unloading gear is a bit of a hassle. Overall, we had a great time here, definitely enjoyed the semi-wild camping vibe!

Camping spot: Calming and clean. Booked for G1 and A2. G1 can fit up to 7 normal to medium size tents. While A2 is more rocky can fit up to 3 medium tents. River: Just right beside of G1 and A2 spot. Not too deep or shallow, just nice and definitely a family friendly. Host: Very accommodative, considerate and informative. Super easy to deal with. We were so lucky to visit during durian season. The host even offered us durians with a good price. Toilet/shower & sink: There are 4 toilets and 2 sinks, all are clean and decent. *Things that can be improved: Signage: Hope the size of the main entrance signage is larger, more visible as it should be recognizable far enough. Road access: Rough bumpy and rocky road. Those with lowered cars might need to be extraaa careful. Plug point: Not provided for each spots. Please come prepared with power bank/portable power station. But the owner provides 2 plug points near the toilet area (function from 7pm -1am). This can be improved to make it more convenience for the guests. All in all, it's worth every penny and surely will recommend to others to stay here too.

Campsite near river and facilities (Sink and toilet). At night they have solar lamp nearby. The river has steep and deep area too. Suitable for both adult and kids. We got stargazing view too. Overall great campsite.

If you're New to camping it may not be perfect but it's good. Toilet is all in one including showers. They're clean. The site also provide lightings so its not total darkness without campfire. There's also small kitchen stands to wash dishes and the water is strong on the taps. If you want to make a campfire you better bring the firewood from home. The site will ran out of them and not always available. Also bring campfire stand because the site is grassy There's pool facility if you're worried about kids playing in the river and yes river is the main attraction. Its clean but has big boulders in it. However the camp lacks praying houses for muslims, best you can do is lay down a mat,eye ball the kiblat and do it outdoors if your tents are rather small like one person tent of mine.
