Bayu Impian Campsite, situated approximately 90km from Johor Bahru via the Senai-Desaru Highway (E22), offers a tranquil retreat nestled near the sea and beach. Our campsite boasts breathtaking sea views, providing a serene backdrop for a relaxing getaway. With 53 spacious plotting sites, including premium and open options, accommodating up to 150 adults, guests can pitch their tents amidst the serene coastal surroundings.

In addition to traditional camping areas, we offer comfortable chalets and homestays within the campsite, ensuring a range of accommodation options to suit every preference. Guests can wake up to the soothing sound of waves and enjoy the convenience of being just steps away from the sandy shores.

For those looking to indulge in outdoor activities, we offer fishing opportunities right from the beach, allowing guests to reel in the day's catch while soaking in the coastal scenery. Rules and Guidelines

1. Check-in time is from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Late arrivals after 9:00 PM are not permitted. Check-out time is at 12:00 PM. A fee will be applied for stays beyond 12:00 PM.

2. Vehicles must be parked in designated areas. Parking within the campground premises is not allowed.

3. Guests are free to use the communal facilities provided at BIC and are expected to use them with care and consideration. Any noticeable damage or loss will incur reasonable compensation as determined by BIC management.

4. Strictly no alcoholic beverages or illicit substances allowed on the premises. Activities involving gambling and possession of illegal items are prohibited by Malaysian law. Visitors are also prohibited from bringing pets onto the BIC premises.

5. Guests are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. BIC will not be held liable for any damage or loss.

6. Individuals are responsible for their own safety. Any injuries incurred are the sole responsibility of the individual.

7. Partying and activities that disturb the peace of other campers within the campground area are strictly prohibited.

8. Tents must be pitched within the designated campground area as defined by BIC management. Please consult management for further clarification.

9. Maintaining cleanliness is a collective responsibility. Waste must be properly disposed of in the designated bins provided.

10. Please respect fellow campers. Activities that disrupt tranquility after 11:00 PM are not permitted.

11. All bookings are non-refundable. No amendment is allowed after booking and payment has been made. 

12. Security deposit RM100 will be taken upon registration for chalet and homestay.

We only accept ONE amendment date upon cancellation which valid within 3 months from your exact check in date subject to availability.

No cash refund upon cancellation.

A nice campsite with convenient facilities. With cafe selling breakfast until supper. Tapak not big enough. Toilet also not enough. But well maintained for surrounding.

It is the best place to place a camping at surround desaru and around Johor in my opinion. I suggest you stay for a night here using your camp and enjoy the seaside vibe and having a ride with their atv experience around beachfront that’s the best experience you can get☀️

Well equipped with wide camping berths, parking and shaded. Easy access to main roads and secluded from the public roads. Toilet and shower are excellent albeit limited so there will be a queue.

*please note the review is based on experience during off peak days, experience may vary* Facilities are complete, and well maintained. The level of cleanliness is unmatched by other similar campsites. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. They gave advices and assistance while building the tent. The only downside is the place were well lit. Too well, to be honest, where it drowned the stars on the beach. (Yes, I went there for a stargazing trip.) However, the staffs decided to turn off the floodlights so the situation were made more bearable. Overall, it was a positive experience staying there. If I was to suggest something, perhaps try to switch off the light during the peak of meteor showers or astronomical events.
