• Only customers with tickets are allowed to enter the premises. Please add the number of tickets in the "Add-On" section during booking if it exceeds the amount specified in the description.
• Trolleys or wheelbarrows are for shared use. Please return them to their original place.
• Please manage your trash properly.
• Ensure 'SILENT MODE' is observed at 10:00 p.m. to respect other guests. Karaoke is not allowed.
• Do not hang or tie anything to the decorative trees at Asahan Water Theme Park.
• Activities that may disturb other visitors are prohibited.
• High-powered electronic devices are not allowed to be used in the available plugs.
• Outside guests are not allowed to enter the premises of Asahan Water Theme Park.

Cancellations made 14 days (2 weeks) or more before the booking date:
* A 30% cancellation fee will be applied.
* 70% of the total booking amount is refundable.

Cancellations made within 7 days (1 week) of the booking date:
* The reservation is non-refundable, and 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

No-show Policy:
* Guests who fail to arrive without prior cancellation will be charged the full booking amount.

Perfect for family camping, glamping, or a day trip. The toilets are clean and well-maintained. The main highlights are the swimming pool and water theme slides, especially for kids. The staff are super friendly, me and my family had an enjoyable stay here. We stayed 3D2N at the glamping area and we catered super delicious food from En Haziq. Home cooked asam pedas ikan pari, masak lemak putih and the tempe sambal was delicious. Morning breakfast was good too especially the kuih-muih. Highly recommended.

A super healing and comfy place! Highly recommended for anyone needing a little escape. Everything you need is right here — no stress, just good vibes. That iced chocolate? HEAVENLY. Food + water theme park package? 10/10, chef’s kiss.The room was so clean and cozy — no bugs, just pure comfort. Sis is impressed! Definitely coming back soon and staying longer next time. the park is clean and well-maintained. went for a night camp. the glamping area is spacious, comfortable and cantikkk sangat!! basic facilities pun well-maintained👍🏻 (toilets, surau, and changing rooms), semua clean and in comfortable state. pool water oso clean. the staff are friendly and helpful, especially Cik Nabilah, who provided the best service and helped us a lot. 5⭐️ totally recommend this place for family camping or a day trip.👍🏻👍🏻

Ok nice for kids. Basic minimum facilities for theme park. Can be improve more. Adult RM 15 on weekend. RM 12 weekday. Snack price are reasonable. Can camping also with nice view of Gunung Ledang .
