Great camping place. Comfortable platforms for setting up camps. Plug points widely available, lightings were enough. Major points for the river, clean and maintained very well. There's also a hiking trail for those who'd like to enjoy scenery from high points. Kudos! It was raining the night we camp. Since the platform is high, not much concern on safety. But since toilet uses the river water, it became muddy and many pipes were clogged. If the owner can upgrade to Air Perak wld be perfect :)

•	Campsites must be kept clean.
•	All trash must be disposed of in the provided bins.
•	Leave no trace: Do not leave food, garbage, or belongings behind.

Conduct and Prohibited Activities
•	Illegal gatherings, unauthorized parties, or events are strictly prohibited on the premise.
•	The possession or consumption of alcohol is not permitted anywhere within the campsite.
•	Violations of these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund and possible notification to authorities.
•	Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior and comply with all campsite rules at all times.

Amendments, Cancellation and Refund Policies

•	All bookings are non-refundable.
•	Cancellations, no-shows, or changes to your reservation will not be eligible for any refund.

Booking Modification Policy
•	Any changes to reservation dates or lot must be made by the guest through the official website only.
•	No changes will be accepted via phone calls, text messages, or in person.
•	All modifications are subject to availability and must be completed before the check-in date.
•	Guests are responsible for ensuring that changes are submitted correctly through the online booking system.
•	Late checkout may be allowed, subject to availability, and will not be considered if there are no other guests scheduled to check in

The water is so cool enough to cool down the hot weather and the flaming Sunshining. Kids also loved it. The electricity is supported so that I could use a fan at night.
