• Visitors are responsible for their own safety and belongings.
• Additional guests exceeding the lot’s maximum capacity will be charged accordingly.
• Proper swimwear is mandatory for all water activities to ensure safety.
• Entry hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM only.
• The management is not liable for any accidents, damages, or loss of property.
• Maintain cleanliness — keep the campsite, chalet, and facilities clean and in good condition.
• Any violations will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Do not wash or dispose of food waste in the river.
• Strictly no pets, alcohol, drugs, or illegal weapons are allowed on the premises.
• Open burning is strictly prohibited.
• Cutting trees around the chalet or campsite is not allowed.
• Please keep noise levels down after 12:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment.

• Chalet Check-In: 2:00 PM | Check-Out: 12:00 PM
• Campsite Check-In/Out: Flexible, subject to availability — please discuss with management.

Amendments, Cancellation and Refund Policies

• Full Refund (100%) – For cancellations made more than 14 days before the check-in date.
• Partial Refund (50%) – For cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the check-in date.
• No Refund – For cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date.
