We understand that plans can change. This policy helps us manage our small beachfront campsite while remaining fair to all guests:
• 14 Days or More Before Check-In : Eligible for a full refund (excluding Escabee administrative/processing fees)
• 7 to 14 Days Before Check-In : Eligible for a 50% refund
• Less than 7 Days Before Check-In : No refund will be issued
• No-Show or Early Check-Out : All payments are forfeited (no refunds or credits)

Need to reschedule your trip? We allow one-time date changes under the following conditions:
• Notice Period : Requests must be made at least 7 days before the original check-in date
• Availability : Subject to lot availability and seasonal rate differences
• Limit : Only one (1) amendment is allowed. Once amended, the booking becomes non-refundable and cannot be changed again
• Late Requests : Requests made within 7 days of check-in will be treated as a cancellation

• Extreme Weather (Monsoon / High Winds) : If closures are initiated by Ali Camp management, guests will be offered a free reschedule, regardless of notice period
• General Rain / Normal Weather : No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for typical rain or cloudy conditions (Camping is part of the outdoor adventure!)
